TWO NEW ROLES
Added the Carnival Kid and the Carnival Clown, two side characters in the Pilot Episode.
Hello, Casting Call Club! My name is Benjamin Tallent, and I am the founder, CEO, and one of the writers for Peace of War, an indie studio creating a show called Dawn of Death. I would like to say that all the work you see here (Including the thumbnail) was created by our studio; that thumbnail is from one of our animations for an episode. Please look through the info below, and I hope to see you on our team!
Earth is no longer safe. Humanity has seen its final moments. People are scrambling, looking for safety and mercy, finding none. In mere days, 1.3 billion people have died. Multiverses collide with each other, and fiction comes to life, taking aspects from lots of different universes and worlds. Creatures and monsters are rampant, wreaking havoc around the entirety of Earth, until Earth gets sucked through a giant portal to combine with the Mega-Planet known as Dethalia that keeps growing in size. Things only get worse from there, because with all this extra space in the world, more evils and giant, terrific monsters can roam. But thankfully, along with this evil, came goodness from around the entirety of creation, leaving nothing impossible. Together, these Refugees of Hope fight to save the lives of the world around them and their inhabitants, doing what they can to help as many survivors and innocent victims of this new world as they can. Rumors of how this happened all lead to a figure called "The Unnamed One", or better known by his Army of the Unknown as "The Nameless Emperor". Civilians and heroes alike are fighting against this evil, never getting rest from the chaos. No one knows what "The Unnamed One" wants from them, but they do know one thing. This thing is the bringer of madness... Nobody knows if it caused this madness for fun or if it had a valid reason to do so, but one thing is for certain. They need to stop it before everything they know fades out of existence.
The main protagonist of Dawn of Death is a boy by the name of Jake Irin. Jake has reason to believe that he is somehow connected to The Unnamed One, since The Unnamed One seems to think that Jake is special. Most seasons revolve around Jake and the major storyline, but there are some that are more laid-back or less important to the major storyline and branch out into other storylines as well. An example of this is Season Three, where a different character is the main focus.
Is not for you to know until you're officially on the team. It runs very deep, however, so don't worry. Each character, even side characters that don't hold much importance, has lore to them. I want to make sure everyone feels included, so everyone gets their own story.
Dawn of Death will hopefully (and probably) be the next hit show that makes its way to YouTube. We currently have 11 episodes written, 1 large pilot episode, and 10/14 episodes of Season One. We are hoping to have a minimum of 15 seasons before we go to our finale. Because of this, you must keep in mind that most roles will last people a long time, so be prepared for commitment. You cannot join and then leave; this is something that lasts until the show ends.
We have a total of 84 workers in our studio as of now. These workers are in all roles listed: Voice actors, writers, animators, artists, composers, SFX artists, and storyboarders. This may be our only project, due to the length of our show, which will be listed above, and other reasons such as the studio being made specifically for Dawn of Death.
Thank you all for reading, and I hope to hear your auditions!
Sincerely, Benjamin Tallent.
YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO SIGN AN NDA IF CHOSEN FOR ANY OF THESE ROLES!!
Added the Carnival Kid and the Carnival Clown, two side characters in the Pilot Episode.
None of the current auditions contain the required information in their auditions. This will make it significantly more difficult for you to be chosen for a role. As it says: Put the reason you want the role, what you can bring to our studio, and your discord username in your audition, thanks!!
Originating from Universe 2, John the Malicious is The Unnamed One's right-hand man. The Unnamed One considers John to be his "only friend alive", and John seems to cherish that. Their friendship is deep, and The Unnamed One favors John more than anyone in his forces. John agrees with everything The Unnamed One stands for, despite being human himself, which makes him all the more dangerous. He's one of the more respected individuals at Fate's Sanctuary, with him being so close to The Unnamed One. Nothing is known about who John truly is or his past, but like all things unknown, time will tell...
"They got what they deserved..."
"You too..."
“What now? I know we discussed this before but what do we do? End the world? Turn back time?”
This is a recast. Our previous VA had trouble with deadlines, responses, and sound quality.
Originating from Universe 427, Sal is one of the more energetic characters of Dawn of Death. With her trusty mallet, she beats the life out of threats. She does her best in every situation, and likes everyone at New Alstinia. Although her playful demeanor sometimes gets her into trouble, she always tries to make the best of all the situations she gets into.
“Well, not necessarily.”
“Well… Bill did just save your friend’s life…”
“But *you* called us monsters.”
A kid trying to hit the Carnival Clown into the dunk tank... But he does not know how to throw. This is where our main protagonist comes in and teaches him, ultimately making the kid's day.
"I wanna hit this stupid clown in but I don't know how to throw."
"Absolutely..."
"I think so!"
An antagonizing clown who is simply annoying because that's how she gets paid. If it were up to her, she'd be nicer to the kids, but being nice doesn't pay the bills...
"Come on! Is that the best you can do?!"
"Ooh, big guy up here! Don't tell me you can't throw either!"

Art is not ours, but an artist's depiction of him. This was a real person. We will make original art for him eventually.
The leader of the Rus', brought back by The Unnamed One to get him and his tribe to join his forces. Rurik declined, and most of his tribe was killed during the first Battle of Righteous Fate. After being teleported away to modern-day India on the original Earth after being defeated in the first Battle of Righteous Fate, Rurik built up a tribe of warriors known as the Rusborn. Conflict soon started between the Rusborn and the Taranzck's, for some unknown reason. Eventually, however, our main protagonist, Jake Irin, and a few of his buddies show up, changing the tide of combat and maybe Rurik's mind as well.
“Rurik, chief of the Rusborn…”
“So this is the group?”
“Very well… Is he well?”
Mystery character, known only to the lucky actor chosen for her. PLAYS A MAJOR PART IN THE STORY OF DAWN OF DEATH.
"So... How does it look?"
"Are you sure? Two weeks ago, you said it was getting problematic."
"That's great news... Thank you, doctor. For all of this. You don't know how much it means to me."
Mystery character, known only to the lucky actor chosen for him. PLAYS A MAJOR PART IN THE STORY OF DAWN OF DEATH. (10 years old)
"I do feel a lot better now, I told you I'd be able to see it through!"
"I guess you're right, you never know."
"I second that."
Mystery character, known only to the lucky actor chosen for her.
"Well, his symptoms seem to be improving, he has been walking quite fine without assistance like before, and when asked about any pain or discomfort, he has told us it has been better than before."
"I am positive, we will be running scans on the tumor tomorrow."
"There is still a chance that your condition could still worsen again. However, we will do everything in our power to keep that from happening."
We don't have her story solidified yet; however, we do have the main gist. She will play an important role later on.
The Oblimal's were constructs created to protect the deserts that belonged to the Qinni, an Egyptian-like civilization that worshipped the light. Along with the other constructs, she kept both the people and treasures the Qinni inhabited safe from harm beyond their walls. The Qinni worshipped Tarlov, the god of light. Until the Recruitment of Doom, the Oblimal's were a steady race. However, when the first Battle of Righteous Fate started, there was only one survivor. This specific Oblimal, being the last of her kind, took the name of her species as her own to keep their legacy alive, becoming a protector of New Alstinia.
“It seems you’ve gotten a bigger battle than you’ve hoped for, correct?”
"I may know of something..."
"Oblimal, the last of my kind. If light hurt those shadows, I know where we could find more..."
A robotic blacksmith who worked in New Alstinia during the Pilot Episode before his death later on in said Pilot Episode... But could this be his end?
Clashy comes from a universe where machines replaced biological life. There was once a human. Not humans, a human. This human created the first bot, a mechanical humanoid named Tivvy. Allexia (The human) created Tivvy to have a friend in this lonely world, and that's exactly what she got. Over time, she created more bots, eventually building an entire civilization. However, Allexia wasn't like the machines. With time, she grew old. Because of this, she went to her most trusted creation, Tivvy. She uploaded all of her knowledge into Tivvy's database, and when the time came, Allexia passed away from old age. Her creations mourned her death, but kept on under the leadership of Tivvy. However, as time went on, their planet became overpopulated. Tarreli was a small planet, only the size of the average Earth continent. Because of this, the bots got to work. They did their research and found out that all other planets in their universe could be inhabited by their robotic forms. They worked day and night, and eventually created their first planet-traveling system. It started with a rocket, but over 100s of years, bots could simply teleport to the other planets. This is where Clashy comes into play. Clashy was manufactured by a blacksmith bot by the name of Melty. Melty needed a new assistant, and his average worker bots weren't smart enough to do the job an assistant could. Melty didn't know much about creating bots, but he knew enough to make one out of the scrap metal he had in his shop, and he had enough money for the other parts. With this, Clashy was born. He was good at his job, and for the next 50 years, he and Melty had one of the most successful blacksmith shops in their country. That was until the Recruitment of Doom started. Melty was destroyed, so Clashy and his leftover Worker Bots started construction. The bots helped with building New Alstinia, while Clashy worked on weaponry for recruits and survivors...
"Took ya long enough, I almost thought ya died for a second."
"... I'll have my eye on you."
"Anyways, I’m just finishing the last of the weapons I’ve set up for some new recruits. Let me just cool this off.”
We don't have her story solidified yet; however, we do have the main gist.
A very Robin Hood-like character. It's the 12th century of Asphixna, a planet from the Universe she originates from. Crime is rampant, but there is still hope. She kills/captures criminals for money that she gives to the homeless. People look up to her as a savior, yet her true identity has never been known. Her armor is tough, and so is her personality. She kept this on for a while, until the first Recruitment of Doom. With her morals, The Unnamed One was simply another criminal. She sided against him, and it was her battle skills and knowledge that kept her alive during the first Battle of Righteous Fate; she is now a protector of New Alstinia.
“Even if they have, we will still assist in this fight!"
"Hold the line! We're not done just yet..."
"Why won't these things die already?!"
For background characters, troops of groups, etc.
