Danganronpa: Sins of the Damned
Project Overview
Heyo! My name is Vivienne, and I am the director for Danganronpa: Sins of the Damned. We are searching for the last of our voice actors, plus our sprite artist!
This is a 14+ project, with trigger warnings such as drugs, suicide, murder, and more, which vary on each character. You will be told of the trigger warnings for each character if you get the role.
Discord is also required for this project.

Sixteen high school students have been taken to an unknown facility. With cameras in every corner, a constant feeling of being watched, and no exit in sight, they have no choice but to listen to commands.
The students are told one single thing:
You are already damned.
Each student has committed a sin- something unforgivable, something they hid and buried for years.
Something they would do anything to keep hidden.
And so, there is only one way for any of them to escape: kill another classmate and get away with it. If they fail to complete the game by the fifth trial, they will all die.
As paranoia spreads, the students are forced to confront not only each other, but themselves. Lies spread, motives collide, but in this place, the truth isn't dangerous; its lethal. And the biggest question isn't who will kill:
It's whose sin is worth killing for.
Will these students live up to their expectations, latch onto hope and cling to it til the end? Or will they let despair take over them?

We are looking for a sprite artist for this project! Please only audition if you can do something similar to the Danganronpa Sprite art style.

Voice Actor
Fujioka Kosuke, often called Kosuke, is the Ultimate Matchmaker. She is super friendly and always trying to help, even when no one asked. She means well every single time, but she can get a little pushy about it- like she’ll insist she knows what’s best even when she absolutely does not. She’s sweet, bubbly, and genuinely wants everyone to get along, but she’s also nosy as hell. She’ll wander into conversations she wasn’t invited to, ask wayyy too many personal questions, and she never realizes she’s overstepping. And… she’s lowkey oblivious. Things go right over her head. Sarcasm, hints, danger- she just misses it.
(Looking for a higher pitched voice preferably)
"Hello!! I'm Fujioka Kosuke! I'm a matchmaker! I hope we can be friends!"
“Come on, let me help! I promise I totally know what I’m doing... probably...!”
“Wait, wait- what were you two whispering about? Was it juicy? Tell me! I won’t tell anyone!"
Voice Actor
Naomi Saki, often called Saki, is the ultimate Barista. Saki is genuinely one of the sweetest people in the room. She’s friendly, kind, and always ready to help without expecting anything back. She listens, comforts, and tries to make everyone feel included. She has a warm, gentle energy that makes people feel safe around her. Even in stressful moments, she tries to stay positive and support everyone the best she can.
"Call me Saki! I'm a barista- nothing special!"
“It’s alright. You don’t have to go through this alone... I’m right here with you, kay?"
“You’re stronger than you think! I believe in you- really."

Kakine Koharu, often called Koharu, is the Ultimate Survivalist. Koharu is serious and steady, the kind of person who doesn’t waste words. He’s tough and strong, both physically and mentally, and he carries himself like someone who’s used to taking charge when things go bad. He’s protective by instinct; the type to step in front of danger without thinking twice. He might come off a little stern or blunt, but it’s never out of anger.
(Looking for a deeper, possibly rough-ish voice.)
"I'm Kakine Koharu. My talent is surviving, so I'll protect all of you babies."
“Listen- we don’t have time to mess around. Focus, and stay sharp.”
“Don’t even think about putting yourself in danger. I won’t allow it.”

Sayo Asa, often called Asa, is the ultimate Seismologist. Asa is calm, clever, and quietly observant. She’s the type who notices small details others miss and thinks several steps ahead, making her excellent at reading people and situations. She’s composed under pressure, rarely losing her cool, and has a dry, subtle sense of humor that catches people off guard. She can be a little aloof or mysterious at first, but she’s genuinely loyal and protective of the people she trusts.
(This is a character who is a person of color, so i would prefer a voice actor who is also!)
"I'm Sayo Asa. I'm a seismologist. What do you need?"
“Think about this logically. Emotion won’t solve anything here.”
“Don’t worry. I’ve got your back… just trust me on this.”

Ryouta Shoko, often called Shoko, is the Ultimate Locksmith. Shoko is sharp, cunning, and a little bit ruthless. She knows what she wants and isn’t afraid to take it, often using her wits and resourcefulness to manipulate situations in her favor. She’s clever and observant, always thinking a few steps ahead, but she can be pushy and domineering when she feels someone isn’t listening.
(This role is available for an accent. If you have an accent, don't worry, feel free to audition. Doesn't matter what accent. If you don't have an accent, feel free to still audition!)

Komatsu Osamu, often called Osamu, is the Ultimate Student Council President. Osamu is polite, responsible, respectful, and lowkey charming. He genuinely cares about his student council, his school, and the people around him, always doing his best to help however he can. He's calm and dependable, and he's someone others naturally trust and rely on. While he can seem a little reserved at first, he has a subtle sense of humor and a kind heart that show once people get to know him. He values honesty, fairness, and treating everyone with respect, often putting others before himself without expecting anything in return.
“You’re doing better than you think. I mean that sincerely.”
“Please stop arguing. This isn’t productive.”
“As long as I’m here, this situation will not spiral out of control.”

Yuna Homina, often called Yuna, is the Ultimate Nurse. Yuna is cheerful, clever, and playful. She’s friendly and bubbly on the outside, but quietly observant and a little mischievous. She loves teasing and steering situations subtly, though she’s ultimately kind-hearted and loyal to those she trusts. She has a tendency to flirt with her peers as well.
"Hey cutie! I'm your favorite nurse, Homina Yuna! Just call me Yuna, or you can call me yours~... kidding!"
“Oh? That’s adorable… you didn’t even notice I was there?”
“Hey, I’m on your side. You can count on me, really!”

Amaya Kaito, often called Kaito, is the Ultimate J-POP Idol. Kaito is charming and confident. He’s friendly and polished, naturally drawing attention, but also hardworking and genuinely caring toward those he values.
"Nice to meet 'ya! I'm Amaya Kaito! You probably know me, since I'm an idol and all..."
“Don’t worry, I’ve got everything under control. You can relax.”
“Believe in yourself! You’ve got more talent than you realize.”

Yukio Homina, often called Yukio, is the Ultimate Priest. Yukio is calm, composed, and observant. She thinks before she acts and notices details others often miss. Quiet and reserved, she speaks only when necessary, but her words carry authority. Beneath her serious exterior, she’s loyal and protective of those she cares about, acting decisively when needed.
(She's a very calm and composed character, but I request that you try and attempt the last line in a aggressive/angry tone? possibly yelling? (she has a crash out scene and i need her va to be able to do that!))
"Me? Homina Yukio. I'm a priest."
“Consider your options before making a move. Rash decisions rarely work out.”
"Why are you accusing me?! ARE YOU BLIND?! I WASN'T EVEN ON THAT FLOOR!"

Dr. Himura is very reserved and composed, he carries himself with quiet authority. He values discipline, structure, and responsibility above comfort, holding both themselves and others to high standards. Though he appears cold or unapproachable, his strictness comes from a deep sense of duty rather than cruelty.
“You can call me Dr. Himura. I’m not here to chit-chat.”
“And where did you get that bright idea? God, you need to focus.”
“You’re not allowed to interfere with the subjects, Dr. Yuuki. I thought I made this clear already.”
Voice Actor
Dr. Akisada is quiet and often tired, moving through the world with soft steps and half-lidded eyes. Despite her low energy from working too late, she’s genuinely friendly- offering small smiles, warm nods, and gentle words when spoken to. She listens more than she talks, making others feel heard without demanding attention.
“Hm? Oh. Dr. Akisada is fine, I don’t mind what you call me.”
“Would that idea even work, though? Not to be rude, but it’s filled with holes.”
“Can’t you have someone else do it? Like… Nishimura or something? She’s smart.”
Voice Actor
Dr. Nishimura is stoic and composed, speaking little but with purpose. Her firm demeanor and sharp gaze make her seem intimidating at first, yet her actions are consistently gentle and fair. She sets clear boundaries and enforces rules, believing structure is a form of care.
