Komatsu Osamu, often called Osamu, is the Ultimate Student Council President. Osamu is polite, responsible, respectful, and lowkey charming. He genuinely cares about his student council, his school, and the people around him, always doing his best to help however he can. He's calm and dependable, and he's someone others naturally trust and rely on. While he can seem a little reserved at first, he has a subtle sense of humor and a kind heart that show once people get to know him.
