Danganronpa: Shattered Memories
Project Overview
Hello, and welcome to the casting call for Danganronpa: Shattered Memories!
This is a fan project based on the Danganronpa franchise, and therefore will not be paid. This is completely a "for fun" project.
If you don't know Danganronpa...
Danganronpa is a series of games/anime with a killing game theme. It features groups of 16 high school students from Hope's Peak High who each have an "Ultimate talent", and are all somehow trapped together and told to kill each other and get away with it to escape. Whenever someone is killed andthe body is found, a "class trial" begins, in which the students have to work together to figure out who the killer, or "blackened" is. If they figure it out, the blackened is executed, but if they get it wrong, theneveryone but the blackened will be executed.
For this specific fan project...
- There's a group of 18 college students who all attend a university that was started by Hope's Peak, in hopes of being able to further research how Ultimate Talents may grow or change over a longer period, and to learn more about Ultimate Talents that may not have developed until during or after High School. These students all find themselves trapped on campus together and thrown into a killing game.
- The main theme of this fangan is traumatic memories, and as such, every character has some sort of traumatic memory (except for Mononeko). None of them will go into heavy detail in the fangan, but if you have any strong triggers, please let me know when submitting your audition(s). This way, if you auditioned to voice a character who has traumas relating to your triggers, I'll know not to cast you for them.
- I'm still not sure yet whether this project will be a game or just a series of videos or something similar, as that'll partially depend on who auditions, as I don't have much experience/knowledge in those areas. I would prefer to make it a game with a few short videos on the side if possible, but we'll have to see what seems possible!
Audition information...
- Due to the trauma theme, I will only be casting people who are 16+, and there are a few characters who I will only cast 18+ people for due to the nature of their trauma, or a specific personality trait. These characters will be marked as such.
- I may have accents listed for some characters. These accents are not required, and are more so something I think could work for them. Therefore, please don't be discouraged because you can't do an accent, and if you do choose to try the accent, make sure to do a take without it as well!
- For voice acting roles: It would be preferable for you to include at least two takes in your audition tape, so I can hear you read it different ways, and get a better idea of how your voice might work for a character. Please don't worry too much about character names pronunciations. If you're cast, I'll help you out with those.
- This project will be worked on through Discord, so having a Discord account will be a requirement for this project. If you don't already have one, it's free and not difficult to setup. It would be appreciated if you would include your username, including the hashtag in your audition(s).
- Voice acting roles will not be cast until the audition deadline, but I may accept some auditions for other staff roles sooner, as I'll probably cast multiple people for most of the other staff roles anyways (they still will not be accepted immediately though).

Gender: Female/questioning (she/they)
Personality: Tends to be very friendly, and seemingly open to everyone. However, she is very cautious around everyone, and doesn't come to fully trust anyone easily. She does tend to genuinely want to help people, despite her expectation that no one will ever do anything for her out of generosity or the kindness of their heart. She dislikes her ultimate of jack of all trades, and doesn't have much self-confidence.
Voice: Medium to low female voice; not overly feminine, but definitely not masculine. Something androgynous or just a bit feminine would be best. She tends to not show much emotion in her voice, but does have her moments (such as when very upset or desperate).
[introducing yourself; shy at first, then a bit distrustful, the very last part being softer] Ah, hello... My name is Cicily Mar, and I'm the Ultimate Jack of All Trades... not that it's a title I'm proud of...
[encouraging everyone to work together during the class trial] Guys... GUYS! ...If we don't work together, our chances of survival decrease, so please, pull yourselves together! I know if we work together, we can oversome this. After all, we have the Ultimate Detective here, and I'm not too bad with deductions and stuff myself, considering my talent.
[starts softer and disbelieving, but slowly gains more resolve before sounding accusatory] No... no, it can't be... You... couldn't be the killer! You helped us so much with the last two trials, but... knowing that the evidence was tampered with, the one it would make the most sense to have done this... is you!
Age: 16 (skipped a year in school, and has a late birthday)
Gender: Female (she/her)
Personality: Very straightforward, and always speaks her mind. She can be very talkative, but her throat becomes sore if speaking too much/for too long, and it can be quite draining for her. She uses a mix of speech and sign language to communicate, usually using some signs here and there while speaking. Despite being pretty straightforward, she can also be quite friendly, and is a bit of a brainiac.
Voice: medium-high to high female; she should sound a bit childish, and it would make sense for her voice to sound just a little bit scratchy, as though she hasn't spoken in a while. She tends to be very expressive through her voice, so a bit of emotional and tonal rage would be good.
[starts excited and cheerful, before turning a bit awkward when you cough] Hello there! My name is Chishiki Mame, and I'm the Ultimate- *coughs a bit* Sorry, my throat was feeling a bit itchy... *awkward laugh* Anyways, I'm the Ultimate Linguist! I usually use sign language at home actually, so my lack of use of my vocal chords might be why talking is a little difficult for me...
[Determined, before turning a bit sheepish; last bit is determined again] I agree! We all need to work together to solve this tragedy. I know I may not seem too reliable- *single short cough* ...as I'm younger than the rest of you, but... I promise to work my hardest as well!
[sad, slightly pleading; some crying starting right before the all-caps] We've had to deal with so many of our friends dying already... I don't want to see the blackened punished, but I can't bear to see everyone else die for the blackened either! I don't know who did this, but... why... why?! WHY DID YOU HAVE TO KILL TWO-?! *coughing fit* I... I'm fine... but...! Please...! Just stop this madness already! I don't want any more blood on my or anyone else's hands!

Gender: Trans masculine (he/him)
Personality: A real party animal. Always looking for an excuse to party, or more accurately, to drink. Is always handing out drinks, but never pushes them on people too much, unless he knows them fairly well. When drunk, he can be somewhat flirtatious, and nothing can really ruin his good mood, unless you take away his alcohol. Generally pretty laid-back, but can be serious about topics like the killing game when sober.
Voice: I'm not completely sure what I'm looking for here myself, but probably either a somewhat higher pitched masculine voice or a meium to lower pitched feminine voice; should sound somewhat androgynous most likely. Please be comfortable with sounding theatrically drunk (slurred lines mainly). Usually his voice seems to lack emotion, but sometimes it's full of emotion.
[slightly slurred and joking; people can tell you're intoxicated] Ehhh...? Me? You want to know my name...? Hehe... well, I am Danuja Miyazaki, at your service, princess! If you couldn't tell yet... I'm the Ultimate Mixologist. If you're throwing a party or just need someone to mix the absolute best drink you've ever had, I'm your man~!
[defensive, but still somewhat laid-back; last part sounds a bit disappointed] Hey, I'm not always drunk, you know! I'd probably be dead if I was always drunk, silly. *chuckle* ...Not that I've been able to find all that much alcohol in this place anyways... *disappointed sigh*
[on-edge, untrusting, and accusatory; last part sounds sincerely apologetic as you're trying to respect the dead] Cooperate? As far as I know you could be the... "blackened," as that dumb cat called them. (Mononeko: "Dumb cat-! Why you-") Anyways, [brushing off Mononeko] you could just be telling us we need to cooperate to make us think you're innocent, and you can get away with your murder. You could be playing mind games! Hell... THAT COULD BE WHY YOU TARGETED THE MIND READER OUT OF ALL OF US! *slightly heavy breathing as you puse*...sorry Atsuko, you preferred to be called the Ultimate Psychologist, right?

Gender: Male (he/him)
Personality: Always apologizing and often sounds nervous, thinking no one likes him. Is also somewhat naive due to his lack of education. Can be a little childish, and sometimes does things considered outrageous to try to get some attention. A bit of an early riser, he's someone who likes to watch the sun rise while hanging out with his bird friends.
Voice: medium to high male voice; sounds nervous a lot, but can also sounds just a little childish at times as well.
[starts sounding slightly wary and surprised, before sounding a bit sheepish when apologizing; energetic and excited when talking about himself] You... you want to know about me...? Oh, no, I'm happy to tell you about myself, please don't leave! ...Sorry, I'm not used to people asking about me... Um, well... my name is Mizu Hatori, and I'm the Ultimate Aviculturalist! You might be wondering what that means, and it means I'm passionate about birds!
[excited at first and a bit childish and teasing; turns awkward] Yuma! What'cha doing in here? I noticed you don't tend to hang out with the others that much, and decided to come hang out with you, cause I figured you might be lonely, and are just shy~ hehe~ Well, you are very welcome to be blessed with my presence! ...ah, sorry... I guess I sounded a bit full of myself... sorry...
[panicked, having just woken to find you're tied to a chair and can't talk] mmm... mmph...? MMPH!!! *erratic breathing as gag/ducttape is removed* What...? I- I don't know what I did, but I'm sorry! Please...! I don't know what's going on! (hears laughter) ...A-Aberra...? Why...?!

Gender: Male (he/him)
Personality: Changes a lot based on the situation and who he's interacting with. Tends to be a bit of a goofball at times though, as there isn't really much in the way of comedy happening around them all, and they are stuck in this dark situation. Inside, he absolutely loathes himself.
Voice: medium-high to medium-deep masculine voice; must have a wide tonal and emotional range to voice as he acts differently a lot.
[somewhat professional sounding, yet still friendly] Oh, hello. My name is Taiko Miko, and I'm the Ultimate Actor. It is very nice to meet you!
[disbelief and panicked] I-I'm sorry, what...? A... a killing game?! This has got to be some sort of hidden camera prank or something, right? I am a famous actor after all, so I suppose people would be interesting in seeing how I'd genuinely react to a situation like this. *awkward laugh, slowly trailing off before changing to shaky breathing* Wait... it couldn't be, are you... affiliated with the original Hope's Peak killing games made to cause despair...?
[trying to be encouraging and convince himself, but doesn't sound too convincing] Come on guys, we may be in a weird situation, but that cat never said we had to kill each other! With there not being any rules there, we could just agree not to do anything like that, and search for a way out of here ourselves! There's gotta be a way we can get out without resorting to bloodshed!

Gender: Female (she/her)
Personality: Tries her best to be open and trusting, but is always on guard, ready to protect herself if needed. If given the option to go to a group gathering or go off on her own, she'd rather be on her own, but would go if she was pressured to. She's moderately tomboyish, but not to the point that she doesn't have a feminine side. Moreso just in the way she doesn't like cute clothes, makeup, or accessories. She prefers practicality over looks.
Voice: medium to medium-low female voice; she generally sounds serious and/or disinterested when speaking, but does have outbursts at times
[startled and slightly scolding, before warily trying to get along] Hey! You can't just sneak up on people like that! I'm the Ultimate Boxer y'know, so I really could have knocked you out by accident because of reflexes. You're lucky I have some control over my reflexes... Oh, my name? It's Xiuying Li, and no, I will never wear a cheongsam. *disgusted sound*
[annoyed before giving in and going along; continues to somewhat sternly make it clear you don't trust anyone] Just leave me alone, I'm not in a good mood. ...Seriously? Why would anyone care if I join you all or not? *pause before you sigh heavily* Well, if you really want me to join that much, I guess I could go to your little party... but don't expect me to just trust everyone. A lot of people have died, and as far as I'm concerned, this party is just someone's hope to kill to get out of here.
[concerned before panicking a bit] A second body...? Were they killed by the same person? ...Oh god, what happens if they were killed by different people?! If we had to guess both killers, we'd be screwed!

Gender: Female (she/her)
Personality: She tends to be more of an observer, watching the others silently, and not interacting much. She will speak if spoken to, and will join in on serious topics where she feels she can give some important input. Once in a while, she'll jump in with some sort of dumb joke, often sex-related, but will also participate in intelligent conversation at times. She often gets annoyed when someone calls her a mind reader.
Voice: medium to high female; tends to be somewhat soft-spoken, and often sounds a bit anxious
[startled, but quickly calms herself down before introducing herself somewhat nervously] Ahh! You-you scared me! *deep breath and slight sigh* Sorry, um... I'm Atsuko Kikan, The Ultimate Psychologist. ...Well, officially my Ultimate is Mind Reader, but that's not what I am... Anyways, what about you?
[someone just asked "what are you doing?"; starts joking and ends awkward] Your mom! Hehehe… hehe… heh… sorry… that wasn’t all that funny, huh…? *awkward laugh* I really should stop making those kinds of jokes, especially considering our situation...
[trying to calm everyone down after they've learned they're in a killing game] No, I agree. Thinking logically, there has to be a way out of here without killing. There must be a mastermind behind this too, so if I could just figure out who it is, or what they're like at least, I might be able to figure out how to do so... I get everyone's anxious about this situation, and while we do need to work together, your feelings are all valid. This is a crazy situation to be in, so please don't feel ashamed for however you react to it.

Gender: Female (she/her)
Personality: Tends to go back and forth between bright and bubbly and acting like a sassy bitch who thinks she's better than everyone else. The latter personality usually comes out when she's feeling pretty empty or annoyed.
Voice: medium-high to high female; often sounds sassy, but can also sound sweet when she wants to. Should have a moderate level of energy to everything she says for the most part.
[exasperated and slightly bitchy] Huh?! Seriously, how do you not know me?! I'm like, super famous! I'm a model who has gigs with many big-name fashion companies, and I'm in very high demand. Every girl wishes they could be me!
[displeased before turning confused and then straining a bit to remember her Ultimate talent, resulting in a headache] *heavy sigh* Fine whatever, I'll introduce myself. Yuriko Nakamura. Ultimate... um... what was it again...? Ugh! Why can't I remember it! It's on the tip of my tongue... hhh... owowow!
[bright and bubbly before turning a little bit sarcastic] Hey hey hey!!! How's everyone doing this fine morning~? Okay, maybe not so "fine," since we're stuck here in a killing game, but whatever. No one's died yet... I think.

Gender: nonbinary, female-presenting (they/them)
Personality: Goes back and forth between being sickly sweet and being a rude bitch. Really depends on a combination of what they think of someone, their mood, and the situation. Occassionally does nice things for people, but tends to be a little tsundere about it.
Voice: medium-high to high masculine or medium to low female; this should be a more androgynous voice, but would probably be more likely to lean towards feminine than masculine. Please still feel free to audition if you feel your voice is more on the masculine side though!; Maia has a moderaate amount to a lot of emotion in her voice, and often switches between sassy and tsundere (if you don't know tsundere, it's the classic trope of a character who denies liking someone/something when they actually do)
[annoyed, but turns extremely self-confident (like one can hear the smirk in your voice) once she starts to introduce herself] Huh? If you're not here cause you're head-over-heels for me, then get out of my face! ...oh, introductions? *exaggerated sigh* Fine, I guess I can cooperate. I'm Maia Maizono, and I'm the Ultimate Love Interest. Don't worry, you'll end up falling for me sooner or later~
[annoyed and somewhat angry, turning a bit bashful when mentioning "dirty things"] H-hey...! Just because my Ultimate is "Love Interest," that doesn't mean you can treat me like an object! I'm not here to be grabbed without permission, and contrary to what everyone expects, I don't like doing dirty things like... y'know. A-anyways, look, don't touch! Have you never heard of consent? Jeez!
[muttering to self] Hm, they're all alone again, huh?
[walks up to Enon and hugs them from behind; speaks in a seductive tone, but is purposefully misgendering her to get a rise out of her] Hey there, Mr. F*ckboy~! Aren't you lonely? Maybe we can go hang out together later, and I could cheer you up~ *small half-giggle half-chuckle*

Gender: Female (she/her)
Personality: Pretty friendly and cheerful at first, but each time someone misgenders her or uses the wrong pronouns, she becomes more and more withdrawn and bitter, becoming rude and sassy, not wanting to be involved with the others. Hates her ultimate talent, and it essentially misgenders her too.
Voice: Medium to low; another somewhat androgynous voice, sounding a bit rough. This is a woman, but people often misgender her as male, and her voice doesn't help her case a lot. Shouldn't sound feminine, but also not too masculine either.
[starts annoyed, but one can her the smirk in your voice for the last line] Hmph. You better not call me the Ultimate F*ckboy, despite that being my official title... It's misgendering me, so call me the Ultimate Player instead or something, okay? ...Oh yeah, name's Enon Adachi by the way. So long as you don't misgonder me, we should get along just fine~
[annoyed and angry, having a bit of an outburst] Okay, that's it. You've all misgendered me TOO MUCH! My pronouns are she/her, I'm a woman, both biologically and identity-wise... even if I dress a bit boyish... But stop thinking about me in terms of my Ultimate! That doesn't define me, and it misgenders me too, so if you have to think about my Ultimate, think of it as Ultimate Player or something instead, I DON'T KNOW!
[sad and disappointed, should sound like you don't have the energy to get mad, but sounding a bit accusatory towards the end] *sigh* Maia, you're nonbinary, right? So why the hell can't you respect that I identify as female? I thought you of all people would be understanding and would back me up, but you've been the one who misgenders me the most... It's on purpose, isn't it...?

Personality: Comes across as very pure and cute, but a little shy and reserved at first. Tends to open up quickly and become a more animted person around those she's opened up to, but accidentally says lewd things from time to time, causing her to become very flustered and to run out of the room from embarrassment.
Voice: medium-high to high female; potentially a bit childish sounding, but I'm not certain yet whether or nto I want that for this character. Should sound innocent and maybe a bit naiive, but also be a bit more expressive when blurting out lewd lines
[shy nd stuttering slightly, voice growing softer when mentioning your Ultimate] O-oh, um... hi... there. I-introduce myself?! Well, um... I'm Usaagi Todoroki, and I'm the, uh... Ultimate Mangaka.
[starts out a bit defensive, but more so in an embarrassed way; fades as you come to a realization that the killing game might be inspired by her manga] Yeah... I love cute clothes and things, but I guess my creative mind tends to come up with a lot of lewd scenarios for my manga... I-I don't know why I come up with so much tentacle porn and stuff either! I started drawing it before I even knew it was a popular thing!!! I-I'm promise I'm not always lewd though! I do have a manga that's... actually... about a similar situation to the one we're in... except with magical girls... oh.
[scared and desperate to convince the others, but doesn't have too much confidence] Wh-what?! No, I'm not the mastermind! Y-yeah, I know that Mononeko looks similar to the mascot character in that manga I wrote, but I would never make something like this happen in real life! Besides, the mascot in my manga is a bear, and Mononeko is a cat... so there's obvious differences!

Gender: Male (he/him)
Personality: Generally chipper and cheerful, and likes to hit on people of all genders a lot. Sometimes makes sexual jokes or innuendos, despite being asexual. Doesn't like talking about his trauma, but enjoys climbing onto trees or tall objects to look down on and gently tease people. He can be a little bit dumb at times, not quite thinking things through (for example, it doesn't occur to him until someone points it out that he could attempt scaling the wall encircling the campus to see if he canmake an escape route for everyone that way.
Voice: Medium to low male voice; possibly a little rough/gravelly, but nto necessarily. A bit of a smooth talker, his voice tends to have a lot of emotion in it.
[flirtatious yet respectful, can hear a smirk in your voice for the last part] Oh, hey there~ I suppose I can introduce myself to someone as cute as you~ My name's Iwao Mitsu, and I'm the Ultimate Climber. Like my muscles?
[Is looking down on someone passing by from high up in a tree; slightly teasing at first before becoming a bit sheepish] Ahoy there! How are the waters today? *awkward laugh* I mean, have the girls calmed down from my schenanigans, so is it safe for me to come down now...?
[keeping the mood lighthearted the whole time, sounding hopeful and excited] Scaling the wall... (literally facepalms) Oh my gosh, I'm so dumb... why didn't I think about that myself! If we get some rope, metal spikes, or some other similar stuff, I could probably climb the wall and make something to help the rest of you climb up!

Gender: Male (he/him)
Personality: Acts open and friendly enough, but makes the occasional joke at someone else's expense, and can be notably greedy at times. Can also be quite helpful, but "only if there is not detriment" to him.
Voice: Medium-high to medium-low male; Doesn't tend to show much emotion in his voice, and often speaks matter-of-factly.
[just a tiny bit smug, but mostly somewhat monotone] I know who you are. Cicely Mar, Ultimate Jack of All Trades. I've looked into each of the students here for some reason or other, except for two. Considering you probably didn't do the same, I'll introduce myself: I'm Tanteiko Conan, the Ultimate Detective.
[slightly annoyed, but doing your best to be patient] *sigh* Yes, I know my name means detective, my surname is Conan, and I happen to also be the Ultimate Detective. No, I did not change my name or anything like that. My family name is actually Conan, and my parents thought is would be funny to name me "Tanteiko" so that my name would read kind of like "Detective Conan." Please don't point it out again, I don't like to think about it.
[slightly hushed and urgent, a little bit commanding as well] Cicily. As the Ultimate Jack of All Trades, you're the most qualified person here to be my assistant. I'm going to check the body and do as much of an autopsy as I can given our situation. I'd like you to look around elsewhere for clues for me. We don't know how much time we have to investigate, so I'd rather be safe than sorry, okay?

Gender: Male (he/him)
Personality: Has a very mightier-than-thou attitude, and can be very flirtatious. If someone refuses him without at least seeming flustered, he makes it his personal goal to pursue them. He sees romance as one big game, as he doesn't really believe it actually exists. Usually has a fairly casual attitude, despite being in a killing game, but truthfully, doesn't trust anyone fully, though he doesn't not trust anyone at all either.
Voice: medium-high to medium-low male; often sounds flirtatious and casual. Rarely shows how he's really feeling, but his facade can crack at times, causing his voice to quiver slightly or go shrill.
[flirtatious all the way through, but starts out sounding a bit intrigued as well] Hm, you don't know me? You must be one of the more pure-hearted ones here then... Well, I'm Ezreal, the Ultimate Camboy! ...you're kind of cute, by the way... would you maybe be interested in going on a date with me some time? Romantic candle lit dinner, or just a night in watching movies and ordering out. Your choice~
[starts out calm and casual, but the last bit is a bit shaky before being high-pitched at the very end] Oh great,, another body. Let's just skip the shock parrt and start the investigation stage, okay? ...What? Dwelling on it isn't gonna help keep us alive, so just let me pretend like everything's okay, alright?!
[flirtatious and caasual] *chuckle* You're so cute when you're flustered, you know that? Don't worry, despite being a Camboy, I'm not actually interested in... those activities. I won't push you to do anything, you're just fun to tease~

Personality: A little reserved at first, but if you seem chill with him wearing makeup, he'll open up, and may even end up acting a bit like a dog, always following you around and wanting to talk with or do things with or for you.
Voice: medium-low to low male; a very slight Southern US accent, he tends to speak just a little slowly
[a little shy and slightly wary] Oh, hello... Nice to meet you Cicely, I'm Maruku Sumisu, but you can call me Mark. My parents moved to Japan just before I was born, so they tried to give me an English name and translate it to Japanese... oh, my Ultimate? Um... please don't laugh, but... I'm the Ultimate Makeup Artist.
[slightly jittery and nervous, but also excited and a bit puppy-like] Y-you don't think that's weird that I like to wear makeup? Even though I'm a guy? A-and, it's not like I'm gay, I'm a straight guy... not that there's anything wrong with being gay! I just didn't want you to think I was gay because of stereotypes...
[energetic yet nervous, the energy dialing down a bit towards the end] H-hey! Wanna hang out with me? We could just chill and chat, and we could do makeup for each other and stuff-! ...Sorry, I'm just excited someone accepts me the way I am...

Gender: Genderfluid (ask for pronouns, but they/them are always fine)
Personality: Doesn't really interact in group settings, but goes anyways to see who is willing to interact with them. They give off vibes similar to Nagito's, but acts overly friendly and can give too much information if you talk to them first. They may also have a bit of a yandere side...
Voice: I honestly don't have much specific in mind for this character's voice yet. It definitely shouldn't be super high pitched or super deep though, and be at least somewhat androgynous. A bit of a slimy feeling to their voice could make sense though, but you don't have to try that if you don't think you can pull it off well.
[just a tiny bit surprised, but one can hear a smirk in your voice] Oh, someone who's actually wanting to talk to little old me? I suppose I could do you the courtesy of telling you about myself... Welp, my name is Aberra Kim, and I'm the Ultimate Ki- um, actually, I don't feel like disclosing that information right now. Otherwise I'm going to have to kill off all of the others one by one, so that you'll have no choice but to look only at me...!

Personality: Can be a little shy at first, but quickly warms up to anyone he feels have good vibes. He loves talking about plants and how they can be used in cooking, medicine, how to nurture them, or whatever else. Not really a joker, but not the super serious type either.
Voice: medium to high male; might sounds just a bit childish at times. His voice is pretty expressive with emotions, and often has a tone of curiosity and a certain level of energy to it. When talking about plants, his voice often gets a little bit higher pitched and he starts speaking fast.
[starts a little wary, but slowly warms up, growing very friendly in the end] Uh, hi. I'm the Ultimate Horticulturalist, Yuma Ren. You seem pretty chill and trustworthy, I guess, so feel free to hit me up if you ever want to learn about any plant-related!
[starts out sad with voice quivering, but slowly becomes more obviously upset, yelling a bit while crying] I... I thought I could trust you, but you... YOU... KILLED SOMEONE! *a single sob escapes* HOW COULD YOU BETRAY MY TRUST LIKE THIS? I looked up to you, thinking you would never do something like this, and that you might be our best hope of getting through all of this, and yet... YOU DID THIS! YOU DESERVE YOUR PUNISHMENT!
[starts a bit surprised, but soon starts speaaking quickly and excitedly, rambling a bit] You-you're interested in learning more bout plants...? Is there a specific kind of plant you're ineterested in? If you don't know what it's called, if you could describe it, I can probably identify it for you! I can tell you all about taking cre of plants, cooking them, medicinal purposes, or whatever else! You've come to the right person!

Personality: Tends to be a quiet and observant figure, but cares deeply for everyone around her, no matter what they're like. She's pretty much the mental support figure of the group.
Voice: medium to medium-high female; her voice should be somewhat calm and soothing, and thoughtful at times. Potentially a light Irish accent.

I mainly like to do interior design, but fashion and graphic design are a lot of fun too! *small chuckle*
[a little nervous/awkward at first, but genuinely wanting to do something for everyone] So, I know it might seem like a weird suggestion, but... how would people feel about having a small party? I know we've seen a lot of people die, but... I think it would be good to allow everyone to relax and maybe help us all to not feel quite so much like we're going insane?
[slightly matter-of-factly, but mainky just kind and caring] You said it's your birthday, right? That was the main reason I wanted to hold today's party, so that we could have some sense of normalcy on a day that's usually supposed to be special! Even if we can't go out and get you a bunch of gifts, celebrating together with cake and your favorite foods is still nice, right?
Mononeko is this project's version of Monokuma. Similarly, Mononeko introduces themself as the dean of Hope's Peak University, and is the moderator of sorts of the killing game. They are an animatronic cat, who looks like a stuffed animal. Unlike Monokuma, Mononeko doesn't care too much when the students call them a stuffed animal, being a very lazy figure who only does things because they have to. They're especially lazy earlier on, but after a certain point, they become a little bit livelier, though they are still fairly lazy.
Voice: I don't have much in mind in particular for this, but please try to do some sort of character voice that sounds a bit tired/lazy. Other than that, try whatever you want for their voice!
[slightly sarcastic at first before just sounding disinterested] Great, everyone's here on time... I was kind of hoping someone would be late so that I could cat-nap for bit longer, but oh well. May as well get this all over with, I guess.
[somewhat matter-of-factly, while still sounding like you don't care too much] Welcome to Hope's Peak University. I'm the dean, Mononeko. Just need someone to help with organizing and cleaning up voice lines, potentially adding effects or added audio clips or whatever else. Might help a bit with adding audio to game/videos or whatever else we need that's audio-related. I may cast multiple people for this, depending on what we end up needing for this project and the applications.

Looking for someone to write and create background music for the game/videos. Mainly will need a main theme, themes for some (if not all) of the characters, and potentially day/nighttime themes and a trial theme. I'll probably only cast one person for this, but might accept multiple if it seems like it'll be a lot of work and/or I can't decide.

Need someone to draw the character sprites, as well as help adjust/finalize character designs. I have both descriptions of and am working on drawing the character designs currently, so you will have at least one reference for each character in addition to the descriptions. Feel free to suggest design changes to characters if you are cast though! Please be able to replicate something at least similar to the style of the Danganronpa games. I may cast multiple people for this role.
