Welcome one and all to the casting call of "Girls☆Of☆Hope", a Danganronpa fan-made song cover chorus group featuring ten girls, picked out from every game. Because of this, I will be needing ten different singers to play the roles of the characters. I will be playing the role of Tsumugi Shirogane, the video editor and director. In some covers, we will be splitting into subgroups, with the subgroups being called "Hope’s Peak☆" and "Crazy☆Diamonds". But for our debut song, we will be all together. With that out of the way, let's get down to the guidelines.
1. I will not be accepting auditions using a laptop, cell phone, gooseneck, headset, logitech, vanker, or tonor USB microphone. Only good quality microphones will be accepted. In other words, most USB microphones and all XLR microphones will be accepted. In your audition description, please specify what mic you use for the project.
2. You are free to audition for as many characters as you want, but you will only be able to get cast as one. This rule was made to avoid multicasting, as I want all of the characters to have different singers.
3. A Discord account is required to audition. When you get cast, send me your Discord ID and I will invite you to the server through Discord. My Discord ID is Momo Kuwata#8577
4. Availability is a must. While I do not expect you to be available 24/7, I also don't want to see you offline on Discord for three weeks. If you feel like you won't be frequently available, do not audition for this project.
5. You do not have to play Danganronpa in order to audition for this project. The reason why I always have this rule is because I prefer your talent > your knowledge of the game. If I like your audition, I will cast you no matter how familiar you are with the game.
6. If I am considering casting you as a character, I will send you a private message letting you know that you have been cast and I will ask you for your Discord ID. Make sure you reply to the private message. The maximum time for me to wait for a reply is three weeks. If I do not hear back from you after the third week, I am opening up the role for recasting.
Our Debut Cover Song
Our debut cover song will be "RainBow×RainBow", originally by Prism☆Box. The song will be transcribed into singable English lyrics and will be included in the roles along with a reference video for your convenience. Some of the lines of the song require rapping. I will state if the role requires rapping for our debut cover song.
