Project Overview
Cyber-Flora is a dungeon crawler, set in a cyber-punk inspired alternate Earth. In a world where humanity has long since surpassed the need for real nature, Silas Ward - a military-disciplined herbologist, who has studied the effects of plants for years - is one of the last within his regieme to care for plants as life, instead of a means of experimentation.
In an off-base Floribiotics research lab, scientists have made another generic whoopsie in the grand scheme of their plans, and now Silas has to clean it up. Being the only with the knowledge and strength to get through, he must find Chlorophite, a chemical cocktail that his employer, CEO of Floribiotics Rowan Mercer, has informed him will stop the plants before they tip the perfect balance of this world. Silas is determined to get it by any means, but what happens when his passion gets in the way of his discipline?
Disclaimer: This is for a University project. This is not for commercial use, and the game will not be made public. This project is for those who are looking for a small project, quick lines, bit of practise, etc. There will be a set deadline later down the line, but otherwise no strict deadlines. Once the lines are done, there will be no further development for this game. We really need the voice actors so any help would be greatly appreciated.

Our main character, Warrant Officer (WO2) Silas Ward. A military combatant that was assigned to a corporate-military position due to the seriousness with which he takes his duty seriously, and because of his passion and expertise for herbology. Employed by Floribiotics - a pharmaceutical corp run by Rowan Mercer that produces medicines, weapons and the like to the people of the city - Silas Ward must take control of the events of his next mission, but how does he make sure an important choice?
Floribiotics has hired you to infiltrate one of their remote research labs, with as much urgency as possible, the fate of your world may rely on your decision - so don't fuck it up.
Note: It's likely we'll need lines like a scream (for if the player dies), grunts, etc, so while it isn't a guarantee please know and be comfortable with this before auditioning.

(Nervous laugh but wary and uneasy) All this time studying plants? and now they want me to destroy them? Yeah... hell of a joke...
Major (MJR) "Rey" Vance is Silas' best friend and confidant, meeting as cadets and rising through the military together before Silas was re-assigned, but still keeping frequent contact. "Rey" is responsible for leading Silas through the mission. While not physically present, they guide the player through the levels, giving them objectives.
"Rey" is the nickname, but their real name is either Reyna (F) or Reylan (M).

The Mother / The Father of the plants. Grown and cared for by Silas Ward, The Mother / The Father knows that the player has a high capacity for connection to plants, but trusting a human is not in their nature. Actions speak louder than words, the player will just have to prove to The Mother / The Father that they have a place in the new world.

The CEO of Floribiotics, and Silas’ employer.
On the outside Rowan is an upstanding business owner, communicative, engaging and can control the room when they speak. But really? Rowan's only goal is to further the development of Floribiotics merchandise. When the lab is taken over, threatening those plans, Rowan knows Silas Ward is the capable and perfect contender to solve all their problems, and yeah maybe they are honest up-front, but nobody ever got rich being honest.
The voice is supposed to be charismatic, with a silver tongue, the type that can draw peoples attention in a dark room with an ever-present and seemingly unflappable smile, even if when they are angry they are like a completely different person.

(Chuckling but still smiling cruelly and mocking, almost cooing) Careful now, Silas... I’d hate for us to become… adversaries. You want to walk away? By all means, my friend, but do not mistake my patience for weakness.
(Knowing he's won, smiling, possesive) I have to say, I was prepared for resistance. But you— (chuckling) you made the right choice. It was never a question of ‘if’, was it? It was just a matter of when.
