Cupheadronpa Intermission (fanmade) DUB
Project Overview
This is the second wave of auditions for CupheadRonpa, the unofficial fan dub. It is dedicated to the Intermission sections inbetween each chapter of the killing game. All Intermission sections take place across the overworld Isles of Cuphead, outside the killing game. Strangely, the outside world isn't doing much better than the killing game participants, now being post apocalypic.
Here is a link of the main casting call of CupheadRonpa the unofficial dub, to catch yourself up to speed. This casting call shares a deadline with the extension auditions for some of the killing game participants, feel free to audition for those if they are still open!

If you have auditioned for the killing game participants and host, whether or not you passed, you are welcome to audition for as many of these characters as you wish! If you have not, and this is your first time viewing this project, welcome! Everyone is welcome to audition.
Though if you have already been cast as one of the main or large roles of the killing game, you're less likely to get cast as a bigger role in Intermission.
Bear in mind, almost all of these characters are side or background characters with very little lines. Even the protagonist and main characters have smaller parts in CupheadRonpa as a whole, even if they are the focus of Intermission.
The deadline is in weeks from now, yes, but there is a chance background characters will be cast early, as their requirements are much more flexible. One person may likely be cast as more than one background character.
I will not cast the protagonist and large support characters of Intermission until after the deadline.
Djimmi may also be cast before the deadline, since he's needed sooner.
Whether you're new to this project or not, and whether you're already cast as another character in this project or not, have fun auditioning!
Age limit for auditioning is 16+ if you're new, there is lots of cursing, gore, and dark discussions. Otherwise, everyone is welcome to try! No experience needed. Best of luck.
Voice Actor
(pronounced jimmy, but emphasize the D before, or emphasize the J)
Djimmi is a small supporting role and a participant in the killing game. He is not part of Intermission, we just have not found a VA for him on time. He's part of the Carnival Trio.
For those who don't know, Ultimates are what killing game participants are known as.
He is a genie. He's cool as a cucumber, totally leniant. He loves watching chaos and gossip unfold, as long as it's harmless. He may be a bit emotionally oblivious. He doesn't right away realize just how much he relies on the Carnival Trio to make decisions for him. As a genie, he lacks initiative for himself, always doing things for others when asked. When Beppi and BonBon don't know what to do, he is just as stuck. Maybe even more aimless than them both, due to his struggle to choose for himself. He'll either end up totally stuck, or learn to take initiative for himself.

(mischievous, perky) On the contrary, *please.* I wanna see how chaotic this becomes, Bonnie. Let it happen. Let Beppi learn how to *swear.*
(depressed, monotone) ..I dunno what to really do. Beppi's the one with the ideas, Baroness takes action.. I just.. follow them around. When they're busy, I usually just.. sleep, I guess. ...So now, I'm just... ....I'unno.
Voice Actor
The protagonist of Intermission. Intermission is a sub-plot that occurs outside of the killing game, inbetween chapters. Spectre is as their name suggests, a blind ghost. Their eyes are on their hands. They spend each Intermission investigating Inkwell Isle, interviewing people for clues, and trying desperately to find their missing friends, Hilda and the Cup brothers, as well as their dear partner, Cagney.

Softspoken. Agreeable. A bit of a pushover. Passive. Adrogynous or high masc. Can be male or female.

Supporting role in intermission. He's an apple. Sticks to Spectre, insistent on working together. Blunt.
In the original game, he's a background character who financially assists Cuphead and Mugman on their journey.

Voice Actor
Supporting role in intermission. Like Spectre, Chalice is a ghost. She and Devil bicker a lot, she is petty and loves getting under his skin. Though she knows when to take a situation seriously, being a sweet and comforting soul.
She's close friends with the Cup brothers and Elder Kettle.
Optional voice headcannon, but feel free to do your own thing.
Uppity, cheerful, sassy. Basically her in the Cuphead show.

Voice Actor
Supporting role in intermission. Curses like a sailor. Has a short fuse, immature, whines like a child when he doesn't get his way.
In the original game, he was the main antagonist, terrorising the Isle Debtors for their souls,AKA most of the Killing Game participants, and forcing Cuphead and Mugman to collect. Spectre is one of his debtors. Since his defeat, he's been more passive, but he still is a sore loser.

Any, deep masc voice. Immature as heck. Optional British accent, like in the Cuphead show.

Small role. He's the Cup brothers's adoptive father. He takes care of Willy, who lost his own dad. In a way, his care for the baby bird is to cope. The longer his sons are missing, the more he slowly and surely loses hope, loses himself.

Elder Kettle from the Cuphead show. Though anything could honestly work.
CUPHEAD SHOW KETTLE

(depressed, self deprecating) No no, it's alright. Someone has to stay behind. Besides, I'd only slow you down...
Voice Actor
Small role. He's a baby bird. He is lost without his father, unable to find him. Is being cared for by Elder Kettle. Despite being scared and alone, he's hopeful and full of vigor, as well as being a technical genius. He loves to invent. In the original game, his dad was one of the Isle Debtors.

Kid. He's the youngest member of the cast.

Voice Actor
Small role, Grim only appears for around two scenes. They're a dragon. Paranoid and stuttery, not shy, just has a stutter. Grim is rather stoic. They isolate in their tower, wary of any and all. They warn Spectre of who can really be trusted.
In the original game, they were one of the Isle Debtors.

Intense booming snake-like voice

Voice Actor
Small role, they appear for around one or two scenes. Mangosteen is a member of the Casino Crew. They work for the Devil, usually getting mistreated by him. They try their best to help find those who have gone missing (the killing game participants), despite having no arms and no authority.
Only one audition line is needed. Any gender. Any voice, go ham.

Voice Actor
Appears for one scene. Porkrind is very territorial and protective of his shop, no longer being a welcoming shopkeeper, but a survivor keeping an eye out for his own hind.
In the original game, he was the cranky Shop Keeper for Cuphead and Mugman.
Voice headcannon.
Any, likely raspy. He's tired of life and tired of people, just wants to survive alone in his shop. Angry, irritable, but doesn't yell. Despite only being in one scene, he makes quite an impact, so he gets the regular amount of audition lines.

Voice Actor
Appears for one scene. The robot is Kaiju-sized. It is entirely broken down, on its last legs. It has very little power left, is very confused as to where its inventor, Dr. Kahl had gone, as well as the dire state of the world. Even in weakness, in its final moments, it shows deep care and concern.
Only one audition line is needed.
Optional Voice headcannon; Innocent, naive, a bit airheaded but hopeful. Very exhausted. Iron Giant, but any voice and gender works.

Appears for one scene. They're a slime ball. They have no idea what is going on, like they slept through everything, just woke up, and the world is suddenly post apocalyptic.

Voice Actor
Background Characters, creatures of the forest and other survivors Spectre and their friends come across. These creatures usually have general reactions to conversations or some (usually adlibbed) lines, to liven up the scenes they're in.
Multiple people will be cast as these little guys.

Video Editor
I'm not tech savvy, I'll need help editting voice and audio to video, basically using each part of Cupheadronpa as a sort of slide show, like how it is on Instagram but as a video. I'm primarily working on it with CapCut, it's what I know, but I'm sure there's an easier and more professional way to do it with more people.
Please submit a short reel of your editing capabilities, however long you want, no more than a minute.
