Project Overview

Crib Club is a dark, deadpan open-world crime comedy for PC, coming to Steam Early Access. You build a regional entertainment empire out of a basement, centered on the world's most professionally mismanaged sport: cartoon baby fighters, and the adults making fortunes off them. The adults take the sport, the money, and the contracts completely seriously. The talent still eats crayons. The tone is deadpan: grounded, specific performances where the characters take absurd situations completely seriously.

We're building a full cast of main, supporting, and ambient voices, all genders, ages, and accents. Auditions are by demo reel only. We'll shortlist several candidates per role, and versatile actors may be cast in more than one part. Selected actors will receive character details and scripts privately, as well as a live audition upon request.

Recording happens in phases. Phase 1 starts after casting, and cast actors will be offered later phases at the same rate as development continues, but later phases are not guaranteed.

Compensation: $0.15 per word ($1.00 minimum per line), paid within 7 days of delivering approved final files. Includes a free Steam key at Early Access launch, in-game and Steam page credit, and perpetual commercial rights (flat fee, no royalties). Your recordings will never be used to train AI or clone your voice without your separate written permission.

Content notes: Crime themes, adult gun violence, police and military chases, mild language. Stylized, non-graphic cartoon content. No sexual content.

Paid: Flat Rate 200 USD

Upload your demo reel. No custom reads needed. Character, animation, and video game reels are ideal, and range is a big plus, since we're casting leads, supporting characters, and a lot of ambient NPC voices. Reels that show non-verbal or creature work are welcome too. Selected actors will be contacted with role details. Those contacted later for the role may be asked for a live audition.
