Welcome to Conscience Auditions! below are the requirements and some basic info on the series! Please read carefully and have fun!
Please leave your discord with your audition and i will contact you if you have the part!
Please be over 18 when applying as this series is set for a older audience due to the mild language and jokes.
Please have decent mic quality, meaning little no background noise.
Series Overview
• Series Title: Conscience
• Genre (Fantasy, Mystery, Romance, etc.): Present day/Real life/Romance
• Target Audience: 18+
• Main Theme: present day woman navigates her first job, first rented home and first steps into adulthood, but not alone.
• Elevator Pitch : A woman going through life and experiencing adulting for the first time, walking through it all but, there is her conscience. 2 people who follow her around through life helping {or not} her make decisions. They are known kinda like good and bad angels. While there are educational and serious topics, it's also comedic. Its light hearted and humour for adults to look at and relate to
Worldbuilding & Lore
• World Type (Fantasy, Modern, etc.): Modern
• Main Locations: Main characters town, home and work place. Then the conscience “headquarters” where they are assigned a person to guide
• Lore / History of the World: Lore is the conscience are assigned to a person each and this is like their job. They experience human things in this world of their own the same but slightly altered, think barbie movie where they have

- Alignment: Light dominant Veilborn (Seraphic side)
- Role: Former leader of the Order of the Ecliptics
- Appearance: White hair with faint gold streaks; wings made of translucent crystal feathers; eyes like sunlight refracted through glass.
- Voice Information: low tone, clear with her pronunciation. Very royal and angelic
- Personality: Noble, commanding, but blinded by his own ideals.
- Abilities: Can purify corruption with touch but at the cost of erasing emotion and free will. Lore: Once loved by mortals as the “Savior of Dawn,” Seraphon led the Ecliptics to glory. But his obsession with purity fractured his soul. He now rules Solara, believing that eliminating darkness even within oneself self the only path to peace.

- Role: The other half of the Ecliptic schism; ruler of Nocturne
- Appearance: Flowing black hair streaked with silver; violet eyes that shimmer with galaxies; her shadow moves independently.
- Voice Information: Low tone with a sassy tang to it. She speaks in a way that shows she is a ruler of evil.
- Personality: Seductive, intelligent, empathetic, but manipulative. Abilities: Can reveal people’s hidden truths or deepest desires.
- Lore: Nythera believes light without shadow breeds ignorance. She teaches that accepting darkness is the path to understanding and power. To her followers, she is a liberator; to her enemies, a corrupter.

- Voice Information: Deep, Quiet and assertive. Wise and humble
- Abilities: Can shift the moral energy of those nearby making the cruel merciful, or the kind ruthless.
- Lore: Calen travels the border between Solara and Nocturne, seeking to reunite the Veilborn and restore true balance. Both Seraphon and Nythera see him as wise and there only seems of communication

- Alignment: Human touched by the Veil
- Role: A mortal who can hear the voices of Veilborn in dreams.
- Appearance: Curly brown hair, eyes that shift hue depending on which realm she’s near; faint light cracks along her skin.
- Personality: Compassionate, curious, and stubbornly moral.
- Voice Information: Soft spoken, very expressive with her emotions
- Abilities: Acts as a living conduit between worlds; her emotions can physically alter parts of Equinoxia. Example. If she gets to upset or to happy it changes and shifts things in the universe
- Lore: Lyra is believed to be “The Catalyst” of the new Eclipse, a mortal whose conscience may heal or destroy the realms depending on which Veilborn she trusts.

- Kael Dravyn, the Broken Seraph
- Role: Fallen knight of Solara
- Appearance: Burned wings tipped in ash, faint light bleeding from his scars.
- Voice Information: Deep, Emotionless. Husky and broken
- Personality: Cynical, battle-hardened, yet fiercely protective of those he cares for.
- Abilities: Channels both holy fire and dark lightning unstable but deadly.
- Lore: Once Seraphon’s greatest soldier, Kael was cast out for questioning the cost of “purity.” Now he fights to defend mortals trapped between light and shadow, believing redemption is found through imperfection. He has a deep admiration for Nythera {possible love interest}

- Appearance: Hooded, face always half-hidden, voice echoes with two tones.
- Voice Personality: low, mysterious tone. Speaks clear and slow-ish
- Personality: Witty, secretive, and oddly philosophical.
- Abilities: Can hear lies before they’re spoken and store memories in shadows.
- Lore: Solen sells information to both Solara and Nocturne but his true motive is unknown. Some say he remembers the original sin that divided the world.

- MAIN FEMALE CHARACTER
- Occupation: Freelance artist and part-time café worker.
- Personality: Quietly introspective, compassionate, but struggles with overthinking and guilt. She’s the kind of person who feels things too deeply always wanting to do good but terrified of making the wrong choice.
- Voice Information: Medium tone, witty and warm
- Backstory: Elara has always felt “split.” As a child, she would hear faint whispers when she was alone voices urging her in opposite directions. One told her to help; the other told her to protect herself, even if it meant hurting others. As an adult, she’s learned to drown them out until the stresses of adulthood bring them out

- Appearance (to her): Smoke and silver eyes, wearing a half-smile that knows too much.
- Personality: Clever, seductive, brutally honest, sarcastic.
- Voice Information: Sarcastic tones. Deep vocal range. patronizing
- Philosophy: “Light without shadow blinds you. Every saint sins, every sinner bleeds. The trick is owning both.”
- Flaw: Manipulative encourages selfishness in the name of freedom.
- Dynamic with Elara: Sees her as potential and wants her to embrace her darker instincts and stop apologizing for them. Occasionally shows unexpected tenderness that confuses her.

- Personality: Outgoing, curious, and idealistic but easily lost in the chase for truth. Connection to Elara: Old friend and current roommate; he’s unknowingly influenced by different Veilborn pairs who steer him toward reckless compassion and moral compromise.
- Role in Story: Milo’s investigations into a series of “moral awakenings” in the city start uncovering evidence of Veilborn influence, pulling Elara into deeper danger. He is whitty and goofy, sometimes dumb

- Connection to Elara: Elara’s therapist, and one of the few humans who knows about the Voices.
- Secret: Reina used to hear her own Veilborn but made a dark bargain to silence them. She regrets it and fears what it means for Elara’s fate.

- Appearance: Medium-length dark hair usually tied back, faint paint stains on his clothes, golden-brown skin, eyes that shift from warm amber to grey depending on the light. There’s something almost otherworldly in his gaze as if he sees more than he lets on.
