CONDITIONED (ROBLOX HORROR EXPERIENCE); VOICE ACTORS
Project Overview
CONDITIONED
A ROBLOX HORROR EXPERIENCEAbout the Project
Conditioned is a multiplayer psychological horror experience in development on Roblox.
Players awaken inside a classified research facility with no memory of how they arrived. Guided by an enigmatic Doctor, they must endure a series of increasingly disturbing psychological trials designed to test fear, trust, obedience, and the limits of the human mind.
Each trial introduces unique mechanics that force players to work together under pressure. Staying calm, communicating effectively, and following instructions may be the only things keeping them alive—but not everything inside the facility can be trusted.
The game emphasizes atmosphere, environmental storytelling, intelligent AI, immersive sound design, proximity voice chat, and cooperative gameplay over cheap scares.

BACKSTORY
Players awaken inside a facility controlled by Dr. Elias Warren, a scientist who pushed his research beyond ethical limits. As they progress through different trials, they uncover memories of the people affected by his experiments, including his family and former colleagues.
The game focuses heavily on atmosphere, storytelling, and character-driven horror. Each character has their own emotional story, and voice acting will play a major role in bringing these moments to life.
We are looking for voice actors who can deliver believable emotional performances, including fear, anger, sadness, and unsettling moments. Characters should feel like real people rather than typical horror stereotypes.
This project is currently in development and we are building a team of passionate creators to help bring the world of Conditioned to life.

Natalie was once the loving wife of Dr. Elias Warren until she became his first human experiment. Years of conditioning have left her trapped between her own mind and the monster the Doctor created.
Most of the time, Natalie secretly helps players uncover the truth behind the facility, but when the conditioning takes over, she completely loses control and becomes a relentless threat.
Voice Direction: Soft, emotional, and compassionate, raspyness . During chase scenes, her voice should become frantic, unstable, and terrifying, as if she's desperately fighting against herself while something else takes over.

(Regretful, Near tears)Every trial is a memory. Every room you enter belonged to someone who trusted him. He calls them experiments... but they were his family.
(Traumatized/Sad)I know what you're about to do. I remember every needle. Every restraint. Every report he forced them to write while pretending they couldn't hear me screaming
(Jumpscare scenes) "Get away from me!" "Don't make me do this..." "Run...(sinister)"
Gender: Female
Age: 12
Role Type: Lead Supporting Character
Amy is one of Dr. Elias Warren's twin daughters. Calm, gentle, and reassuring, she genuinely wants to help the players escape the facility. However, because her memories have been altered, even she isn't always certain what's real. Players must decide whether to trust her guidance or question everything she says.
Voice Direction: Soft-spoken, and kind,. Her performance should sound trustworthy and comforting, while carrying a subtle sense of uncertainty, as though she's struggling to remember the truth.

(Upset, Reminiscing)"I miss my mom... I keep thinking if I look hard enough, she'll come back. But every time I find her... she's different."
(Angry, Worried)"Ema, stop! You're confusing them! They don't know who to believe anymore!"
(Jumpscare scenes) "I didn't want this to happen." "The test is over." "You don't know who you're following."
Female | Supporting Character
Age: 12 years old
Ema Warren is Amy Warren's twin sister and one of Dr. Elias Varren's experiments. Unlike Amy, Ema was affected more deeply by the Doctor's conditioning, causing her memories and emotions to become distorted.
Ema is colder, more defensive, and harder to understand. She doesn't easily trust the players and often questions whether helping them is the right choice. Beneath her anger is a scared child who is still trying to understand what happened to her family. She is more sassy and talks backs way more than her sister
Voice Direction: Ema should sound more intense and unpredictable than Amy. Her voice should shift between calm whispers, frustration, fear, and emotional breakdowns. She should feel like someone fighting between her memories and the conditioning forced onto her.
- female child
(Annoyed) "Amy always does that. She looks at someone and thinks she can fix them. She thinks if she's nice enough, everything will go back to how it was before."
(Annoyed mockingly)"Of course you picked listen to her... everyone listens Amy. She's the nice one. The one who smiles and makes everyone feel safe."
(Jumpscare scenes) "I told you not to trust her." "Wrong choice." *Screeches* "You should've paid more attention."
Male | Main Antagonist
Age: Late twenties
Dr. Elias Varren is the creator of the facility and the man responsible for the experiments that destroyed his own family. Once a brilliant scientist who wanted to understand human behavior, Elias became obsessed with proving his theories correct.
After his colleagues rejected his methods, he continued his research alone, eventually turning his own wife and daughters into subjects. He believes everything he did was necessary and refuses to see himself as the villain.
To Elias, the players are not victims — they are simply another part of his research.
Voice DirectionElias should have a sternn, detached, and manipulative voice that sounds like he is always in control. He rarely raises his voice because he believes he doesn't need to.
(Monotone yet still stern)"Welcome, subjects. I know this situation may feel confusing, but I assure you... everything happening here has a purpose."
(Angry)"You think you understand what happened here? You saw a few recordings and suddenly believe you know the truth?"
(Intelligent)"Fear is a fascinating response. It reveals who people truly are when everything comfortable is taken away."
Female
Age: Elderly
Mary Varren, once a loving woman, years of isolation and suffering have left her bitter, unstable, and filled with anger.
Mary is no longer the gentle grandmother she once was. She is unpredictable, easily provoked, and consumed by frustration. Her anger hides years of pain, confusion, and resentment toward what she has become.
Voice DirectionMary should sound like an elderly woman whose mind is fractured. She can shift from a soft grandmotherly voice into sudden anger and fear. Her scary moments should feel emotional, like she isn't just attacking — she is reliving years of pain and confusion.
(Angry) "You think you can walk into my home, disturb everything, and just leave like nothing happened? No... you're going to learn the same lesson everyone else did."
(Sobbing) "I spent my whole life protecting my family... and look what it turned me into."
(Jumpscare scenes)"I HEARD EVERY STEP... EVERY DOOR... EVERY LITTLE SOUND!" "YOU THINK YOU CAN WAKE ME AND JUST RUN AWAY?!" "QUIET QUIET QUIET QUIET! JUST BE QUIET FOR ONCE!"
Male/Female | Supporting Voices
The former colleagues of Dr. Elias Warren were researchers who worked alongside him before his obsession pushed him away from the team. Their voices appear throughout the facility as old recordings, memories, and fragments of conversations.
They should sound professional but increasingly concerned as they realize Elias is crossing lines they cannot accept.
Voice DirectionActors should be speak as if judging in whispers and degrading players
You couldn't handle being told no, could you? A brilliant mind wasted on a pointless obsession
You always hated being wrong. Still pretending you're a genius?
Please improv more lines :)
