Aki, the deuteragonist of part one of Chainsawman. A very quiet man, who is set on revenge, and wants to protect his Devil Hunting comrades with all his might. He is a man who focuses on duty, he has a deep voice. He is a stern, straight edged young man.
"Kon! " - Say this calmly, but exclaim it.
"A devil killed my whole family before my eyes". - Sound Disheartened, though monotonish.
"This isn't the time for you to be hitting on girls". - Sound annoyed, sturn, etc.
Power, one of the main three of the Chainsaw Man part one cast. She is a fan favorite, who is a devil using human-like skin to live her life. She is arrogant, cocky, egotistical, and isn't the cleanest person. She is very child-like and loud, confident as well, her voice I'd imagine it to be more gravely, and high pitched.
"Hey, hey, hey! Grovel, human!! My name is Power! Are you my buddy or whatever." - Sound arrogant, loud, etc.
"'Tis your car! 'Twas not my fault!" - Sound blameful, nervous, cocky.
"Watch this, Denji! I, the strongest, will single-handedly wipe out this whole pack of zombies!" - Sound cocky, arrogant, confident.
Makima, is a major antagonist in the Chainsaw Man series. She orders Aki's squad, and drives the plot of part one forward. She is a very swaying women. She should have a deeper voice, talk in mainly monotone, and not be too expressive. She enjoys being in control, her voice would seem soothing.
“I want to create a better world… one without unnecessary devils.” - Sound explanatory.
“Denji… if you kill the Gun Devil for me, I’ll grant you any one wish. Anything at all.” - Sound vague, happy, etc.
“The only people who should be allowed to touch me are those I’ve granted permission.” - Sound scary, monotone, intimidating.
Kobeni is a core character in Chainsaw Man, who is there mainly for comedic relief. She is usually scared 24/7, and has had a tough life. She works as a Devil Hunter due to her parents putting all of their money into her brother so that he could go to college, etc. They don't care what she does to get money, so I feel she is a very sad character. She is pretty loud as well, her voice requires a high pitch.
“I only became a Devil Hunter because my parents forced me to… I wanted to go to college.” - Sound sad, shakey, and scared.
“I don’t want to die! I don’t want to die! I don’t want to die!” - Sound terrified.
“I don’t want to kill… but if I don’t, I’ll be killed instead!” - Sound terrified.
Reze, she had her own arc in part one of Chainsaw Man, she was character who grew close with Denji, fooling him into thinking she had romantic interest in him. Though it turned out she was a spy, and attempted to kill Denji for his abilities, she herself has devil powers. Sound happy.
“Have you ever been in love, Denji?” - Sound interested, happy, etc.
“Wouldn’t it be nice… to just run away together? Forget about everything else.” - Sound serious, a bit happy.
“You’re like the country mouse, Denji. You should stay in your warm little hole… The city mouse always ends up eaten by the cat.” - Sound explanatory.
Beam is one of the side characters in Chainsaw Man. He is very loud, and has a pet like intelligence. Beam is very loyal to Denji, and wants to help him in any way possible. Sound very loud, happy, and a bit gravely for this role!
“Lord Chainsaw!!” - Sound happy and excited.
“You’re amazing, Lord Chainsaw! Truly worthy of my loyalty!” - Sound Encouraging.
“Leave it to me, Lord Chainsaw! I’ll carry you wherever you need to go!” - Sound happy, confident, loyal.
Kishibe is an older but experienced character in Chainsaw Man. He served to Denji and Power almost like a teacher, and was considered a very important person in the Devil Hunters, He was really strong, and has seen a lot of things in his time. He has a few screws lose, but has a deep voice, and seems calm and monotone most of the time.
“The devil hunters that live the longest are the ones with a few screws loose.” - Sound Explanatory.
“The more skilled you get, the more devils will fear you. But the crazier you are, the less afraid you’ll be of them.” - Sound Explanatory.
“If you’re not willing to drink till you puke, cry till you can’t see, and kill till you’re numb… you won’t last in this job.” - Sound Explanatory.
A core character in the second part of Chainsaw Man, he is very loyal to being a Devil Hunter, though he seems like he doesn't express anything other than his missions. He seems to enjoy bothering Denji, but you can't tell due to his robotic personality. He would have a middle-lightish deep voice, with a monotone aspect.
“I’ve been paid quite a bit to protect you, Denji. So, let’s get along, okay?” - Sound gentle, though emotionless.
“Three against one? That hardly seems fair… for you.” - Sound monotone, though a bit concerned.
“Octopus, ink.” - Sound like you're using an ability.

Asa is one of the main characters, if not the main character of Chainsaw Man part 2. She is a very interesting character, based off self hatred, and anxiety, though she is really smart, and has boring interests. She shares a body with the War Devil, Yoru. Who is very confident, and loves weapon, she loves to kill and destroy. Her one objective was to kill Denji/Chainsaw Man. Asa has a basic voice, I'd say a mid-range/middle, while Yoru has a voice similar, just a bit more gravely and confident.
“Why am I the only one who’s always this unlucky? I never asked to be born.” - Sound sad, or annoyed. (Asa)
“You can have my body. But leave me out of this.” - Sound annoyed. (Asa)
“I’ll kill Chainsaw Man with my own hands. That’s the reason I came back.” - Sound happy/confident. (Yoru)
Nauyta, the vessel of the Control Devil after it's defeat. She is a ten year old who was taken in by Denji by the end of part one of Chainsaw Man. In part two she seems to serve as a little sister to Denji. She is bratish, possesive, and controlling, but she cares about Denji like family. Sound young, loud, a little gravely.
“If you leave me, I’ll kill you. But if you stay, I’ll let you be happy.” - Sound sad.
“Dogs are loyal. Cats are selfish. I’m a dog person. You’re my dog, Denji.” - Sound annoyed.
“Denji! Make me food! Now!” - Sound bratish.
