Leonardo Lazar is used to getting what he wants. It's clear from the tone of his voice that he doesn't expect much from the Melon Man. His voice is texture by years of rock 'n roll singing and drug use.
I won’t go near shrinks, anyway. I came to this country to get as big as I goddamn could. And when there’s no more room, I’ll make arrangements to ship home. Whether it’s in a casket or an urn is up to whoever finds me.

Melon Man's voice is worn from years of advice-giving.
