Casting for the role of Kaede Akamatsu (DanganRonpa V3)
Project Overview
SPOILER WARNING - The project MAY contain MAJOR spoilers for the game, this casting call, however, does not contain any plot spoilers.
I've decided to do a few mini fandubs for the DanganRonpa game, DanganRonpa V3: Killing Harmony.
For now, I am looking for a VA to provide the voice of the protagonist Kaede Akamatsu.
Kaede was voiced by Erika Harlacher, and a sample of her voice can be found below, however, I am happy for you to give her a completely unique voice! As long as it remains within her character, so something along the lines of a high-mid pitched energetic, and friendly voice.
For now I only plan to do one clip with Kaede and Shuichi. I will be providing the voice of Shuichi.
However, we may do more clips. But for now, this role will be completed early November with the video out a day or so afterwards.
Lines total comes in at around 3/4 of a page, all of which are very short lines. Kaede's lines themselves don't spoil the game at all.

The protagonist of the game.
Kaede is a character featured in Danganronpa V3: Killing Harmony and a participant in the Killing School Semester.
Kaede has the title of Ultimate Pianist, owing to her prowess in playing the piano since childhood and winning various awards.
Kaede is an optimistic hard worker. As a leader type with a firm character, she has a strong will and doesn't hesitate to take action, her notable character trait being her strong sense of belief in herself and others. Her main motivation for playing piano is to see others smiling.
"I guess I should start by introducing myself. My name is Kaede Akamatsu. My last name roughly means, "passionate red maple tree." It doesn't really fit me, but... I still like my last name."
"A detective, huh? He doesn't look that reliable, but maybe I can talk to him if I have a problem."
"That's right! We need to work together so we can overcome this class trial!"
