Project Overview
Butterfly In A Yellow Jacket is a multi-season, thriller, coming of age audio drama that takes place in 2011. Season 1 follows a group of friends - Elita, Will, Caleb, and Violet - who are searching for their friend Alice, who disappeared one night. The group grapple with their own fears and face off against the uncanny horrors that hide in the folds of the fabric of reality. This series tackles adolescent mental health, love, death, nostalgia, existentialism, and change.

LEAD ROLE
Violet is a very reclusive, shy, haunted 15 year old girl who has a lot of secrets she's carried her whole life. Afflicted with nightmares and chased by an entity known as The Man, she has an avid fear of death. She's socially awkward, not usually sure how to navigate the rare social situations she encounters in her day-to-day. She wants to have friends, but she can't bring herself to open up without feeling like an oddity.
Acting style is more geared toward Class of '09 than anime dub. Should be able to (healthily!) scream/yell. Higher, younger voice is preferred.
