Chester is privileged snob and would act as the school bully throughout the series. he acts sophisticated and believes he is superior to those around him due to his high social status but lacks any real skills or intelligence. He is one of the antagonists of the Animated series, only the pilot has been written. this project will hopefully be in production for the next few years.
