By any chance, can you sing or rap? Know English and/or Korean or Japanese?

Great! Because coincidentally, that links perfectly into the roles I'm looking for.

My friend and I were recently interested in creating a casual BTS cover group, with mostly English covers but some of the original songs too. In the original song covers, your pronounciation doesn't have to be 100% perfect, but still similar to what it's supposed to sound like.

I'm not fussed about your gender or ethnicity, just as long as you can fit the role at least slightly (e.g, don't have a Taehyung level of deep voice and audition for Jin, ect.)

There are two roles open for each member (aside from Jungkook, Jimin and Taehyung, who my friend and I will be singing for), so we can have one Korean singer and one English singer. If you want to sing in both languages for that member, make sure you audition for both roles!

If you audition for multiple roles in one language (e.g, Korean Jimin and Korean Jin) you will only get given one role, so there's more diversity of voices in the covers.

Your auditions can either be acapella, or with background music edited in/heard in the recording. It doesn't matter what song you sing, although preferably a BTS song so I can see how well you are with their songs. You don't have to sing a full song, either- just at least 30 seconds to 1 minute of you singing in either English or Korean.

  • Adding some clearer to read base rules.

    - Discord is required, without it you won't get the role. - It's fine if you don't have a very good quality mic, but just don't use a toaster. - Please send in auditions/samples/pieces with very little background noise as possible. - Both acapella auditions and auditions with background music edited in are fine. - Be willing to work with the others in the group nicely, even if there are a few people that you might not like or agree with, and settle any disagreements sensibly.
