Brotherly Love (Visual novel about family. Partial voice acting and artists needed!)

Hey, I'm Cherry. I'm in the process of making a visual novel called Brotherly Love. It's a vn vaguely inspired by dating sims in the way of how paths and routes work, but it's about the protagonist and their brothers and growing closer to family.
I'd like to include partial voice acting in the visual novel and am looking for actors who'd be interested. Beginner and aspiring voice actors are welcomed and encouraged (Even if you have no prior experience.) As this is not a full commercial professional visual novel in the first place!
I'd also like to find another artist to help me out, as I'm doing everything (All art, writing, music, ect) by myself another artist, specifically one skilled with backgrounds and cgs) would be very helpful.
Ideally, I'd love the actors and artists to get paid in return for their services, but I'm afraid I can't promise anything as of right now. The visual novel is going to be put on sites like itch. io and free to play unless people feel like donating, of course if any money is donated actors and artists will get their share but since it's an unsure thing I'm going into this assuming no money will come from it.
Every person involved will of course be fully credited.
I'm only looking for voices for a few roles right now, I'll look for voices for others at a later date.

4th brother, Liam is 26 and has his whole life together. Already having a stable job and leaving with his steady girlfriend.
He has a calm, if not somewhat cold voice, and has a tendency to worry often (Though he tries not to show it.)
Is this urgent? Can it wait until I get off work?

5th brother, Sebastian is an aspiring musician and 23 year old.
He's calm and gentle and down to earth. His voice reflects that.

I'm looking for someone who can do art for the background, and CGs of the visual novel. Not all of the pressure will go to you, just some backgrounds and some CGs.
Art skill doesn't have to be amazing, and I encourage people who are unsure of their skill level to audition!

Daniel is the youngest brother, and a somewhat obnoxious middleschooler.
He tries his best, but has a bit of a temper and argues often. I'm still not entirely sure what I want for his voice, so you can try whatever you see fit!

Gabriel is Sebastian's twin for all intents and purposes. An aspiring actor and the most dramatic man you'll ever meet.
He's sort of loud and has a very confident way of speaking. He commands the room.

Hello! I am writing this game primarily myself, but for a few of the routes I am looking to perhaps have different writers in to write them. This is a large role and I would need people dedicated to working on it to write it, as well as work with artists for the art they need in the routes.
Writers would need to be able to work with the knowledge of a deadline.
Since this is a visual novel, story shall be told primarily in the perspective of characters.
I am looking for at least 2 writers, specifically one to write for Gabriels route and one to write for Daniels route.
Please supply references of your writing.
