Gwen Rodolph is a 5 year old girl and is Annie's Semi-friend and neighbor. She is very girly, energetic and sometimes a tad bit jelly. She attends the Fortlong Elementary School Kindergarten class along with Annie.
What will the Character sound like?
In a somewhat mix between a cute like voice and a Little raspy like voice (e.g. Louise Belcher from Bobs Burgers, and a bit of Wendy Testaburger from South Park)
