Kyoya Tategami, the jerk with a heart of gold. If I could describe his voice, something like an edgier, slightly scratchier version of Kanji Tatsumi from Persona 4. You could even go for his original voice in Beyblade Metal Fusion if you'd think that fits. If you need an example of what he sorta sound like, here's a link to episode 2 timestamped.

Doji is one of the main antagonists of the series. He's rich and he knows it, and he'll disclose that information with a swift quip. He loves those quips. For his voice, imagine Dio Brando's voice and mannerisms (I'm above you) with a slightly higher pitch and a hint of British undertones. He speaks in the same scene linked below.
