Berserk: Guts vs Griffith
Project Overview
The title implies it's a fight but its more like a western dual. Lots of build up then wham, done. for those unfamiliar with this part of Berserk, Gut (the protagonist) wants to leave his mercenary band to pursue his own dreams. However, as he's leaving he's confronted by all his friends, and most importantly his best friend Griffith, and his crush Casca.
Normally I do fan dubs on my own but I don't have the vocal range to portray all the characters effectively.
I'm not looking for any super good impressions of the characters, you can add your own spin to it as long as the spirit of the character is still there.

Casca, the 3rd lead, is honestly my favorite character so i have higher expectations for her.
She loves Guts but she's also obsessed with Griffith. She's very torn between the two. Her and guts haven't been on the best of terms but after all they've been through she can't help but feel open with him.
Long ago Griffith TECHNICALLY saved her life and she's been obsessed with him ever since.
You could've gotten those men killed, Guts! You haven't changed at all! You're just a mad dog!

In battle he's very barbaric but casually he's just an awkward but guy with some unresolved issues. Not very different than anybody else. In the particular scene we're dubbing he has a drive to find his own path rather than just swinging his sword and dying someday. His voice is deep and sometimes gravelly. Feel free to play around with it.
That thing gives me the creeps.

His eyes look like they're focused on an enemy. At least I know he still cares enough to fight for me.
Griffith is complicated. He's driven, skillful, and brilliant, but he's complicated. He often speaks in almost robotic emotionless tone, and he often does some equally heartless things for the sake of his dream. He's been alone all his live until he found friendship in Guts. Now Guts wants to leave??
I won you that day. If you want your freedom, fight for it.
Sure they all fight for me, but that does not make us friends.
He will use a downward strike as he always does and I will parry and counter with a single strike to the neck. I need to be careful though, too much power in my strike I could accidentally kill him
