Bee and PuppyCat ⚬ Minecraft Machinima/Roleplay
Project Overview
Bee and PuppyCat is a Minecraft machinima short created by Slightly Insulting Productions, based on the animated web-series of the same name. While the series revolves around Bee, an unemployed woman in her early twenties, who encounters a mysterious creature named PuppyCat. She adopts this apparent cat-dog hybrid, and together they go on a series of temporary jobs to pay off her rent. These bizarre jobs take the duo across strange worlds out in space.
The machinima will be a 20-30 minute adaption of the series, condensing the plot into one short, produced by VaultEntertainment and airing on Slightly Insulting.
For those looking to audition, keep in mind we will be targeting a similar tone from the web-series (linked here ), including the realistic and surreal diction present in the voice actors' performances.

Bee is spacey-casey and impulsive, she often acts without thinking which leads to her getting into trouble. Bee's voice, along with the rest of the characters, should consist of realistic diction, in other words adding 'freedom' to the voice actor's line delivery. Look to Bee's voice actor, Allyn Rachel's performance in the webseries for inspiration.

Deckard Wizard is a main character in Bee and PuppyCat. He has a quiet personality and a romantic interest in Bee. His voice delivery should consist of few stutters and the occasional repeating of words to emphasize the realistic diction and surrealism present in this machinima. Look to Deckard's original voice actor in the web-series, Kent Osborne's performance for inspiration.

Cass has a laid-back attitude towards everything around her. She's constantly worrying about her younger brother Deckard. Her voice delivery should also contain realistic diction. Look to Cass' original voice actor in the web-series, Ashly Burch's performance for inspiration.
