Project Overview

AYTO (Are you the one) Barbie season 2 is now open for auditions! 

AYTO BARBIE is a fan dub based on MTV's " Are you the one " A popular reality show that has already had 9 seasons. Ayto BARBIE, based on the real show, has it's own original characters and its own original plot lines.

The plot: 10 men and 10 women have gone through an extensive match making process with professional match makers. Each single has a predetermined "perfect match" in the opposite sex. Their one job is to find their "perfect match" If they can do so within 10 weeks, they will split a 1 million dollar cash prize. However, it's not that simple. People fall for the wrong person, love triangles form, hearts get broken, emotions run high, all the drama ensues! Can they get it together and find their match and win the money? 

AYTO BARBIE already has one season, which will be out on YouTube very shortly! I want to get a head start on Season 2 so I can get it done rather quickly. 

I'm looking for talented and passionate individuals to be apart of this project. Any starting level is fine! 

AYTO BARBIE EDITION is based on a pg 13 MTV reality show. There is foul language and sexual situations, but all tv appropriate! 

This is a passion project, I make absolutely no income from posting these on YouTube. Characters are paid based on how many leading plot lines they have. Wages are between $30 and $150 per character. Most episodes alternate who gets the main plot line, the more relevant they are per episode, the more their pay is! Miranda has a huge story line that drags out over most episodes, which is why she has the highest pay! 

I love voice actors that can improvise! Some of the best moments in AYTO BARBIE season 1 were improvised by the VA's, so I encourage you all to change or add to your lines! 

Only one take of your line is necessary, as long as it is smooth and enthusiastic! 

Please please audition to as many characters as you like! You can use your own voice or do specific voices for each! There's always a chance I might ask you to audition for a different character!

    Hey y'all! Wow I can't believe so many talented people have auditioned for this project! Every single one of you have made me smile with your improvs! I am currently going through all auditions and messaging people for callback zoom meetings! On the meeting I will have you guys read some additional lines for the character and then we can talk about the project in general and you guys can ask me any questions you may have! If I haven't gotten to you yet, it's because I'm going through each character one by one and re-listening to everyone's auditions!

Aria is one of the 11 contestants on the show. She is in her early 20's and is Brazilian. She may or may not have an accent, it's up to you! Aria thinks she's the hottest bitch around. She's a bit of an asshole and she knows it, and doesn't really care. Most of the things she says have a twinge of cattiness to them, she doesn't really know how to be a nice person. She does have a few redeemable qualities, although she isn't nice to most people she's very protective over her best friend in the house, Katya. She is described by others to have a very annoying voice. Two words to describe Aria would be catty and narcissistic. 

I imagine her voice as a typical mean girl voice, that is also very annoying in tone and pitch.

Callista is one of the 11 contestants on the show. She is 22 and from Cleveland Ohio. Callista is a sweet girl, she does her best to be there for the people she cares about. She is often described as clingy. She doesn't have the best of luck in the house so she is often defeated. Two words to describe Callista would be Loyal and affectionate. 

I don't have a specific vision for how I want her to sound, feel free to add creative freedom to bring her to life!

Courtney is one of the 11 contestants on the show. Half of her head is shaved and she has 3 tattoos, a red butterfly on her neck, a strawberry behind her ear and a red chili pepper on her arm. Courtney is a fiery girl who has a heart of gold and a bitch of a temper. She has a hard exterior but she is very soft underneath. She doesn't often share that vulnerable side of herself with people. Courtney Rages often, so please be able to RAGE when needed. She is nicknamed Loco Coco because when a guy screws her over she will key their car or slash their tires. She thinks her behavior is okay because "she attracts the worst types of guys" She often gets involved in drama that doesn't involve her just for the sake of it. She's a little toxic tbh, but she doesn't see it.

She's not the most patient person in the entire world, but she does have a good heart. She's more mature than the other contestants, but she does find herself in drama for time to time because she likes to call out hypocrisy and stupidity. She has a soft spot for her best friend, Presley.

Relationships can be rather difficult for me.. only because I never really had a love life up until my glow up a few years ago… I was an ugly duckling all the way until age 18. She is NOT in the house to make any friends, she simply wants to find her match and win the money, and she'll do whatever she needs to do to make that happen, regardless of anyone's feelings. She isn't a very emotional person, she doesn't really give a flying fuck about anything except what she wants. She doesn't lose her composure often, whether someone is trying to pick a fight with her or if she receives bad news.

Miranda is one of the 11 female contestants. She is very girly, ALWAYS wears pink, and wants a happy fairytale princess ending. Other contestants in the house refer to her as a "cupcake" She is optimistic, enthusiastic, she can also be very school girlish giggly. She falls in love very fast and hard. She can also get VERY angry when pushed to her limit (think Bubbles from Powerpuff girls, she is very sweet and girly until she gets mad) she spends most of the episodes pining over a guy who doesn't feel the same for her, I want her romantic idealism and longing captured in her voice. Miranda is not all sunshines and rainbows, she is actually very problematic. She can be very dishonest and even manipulative. She likes to play the victim in the situation, and she is VERY good at it. She doesn't have bad intentions, but she is very good at not accepting responsibility for her actions. She has a huge plot line throughout the series, lots of lines and long monologues about how she feels. (She talks too much) however, she's only in 9 Episodes.

Miranda's plot line is the biggest in the entire series. Please have lots of time to give her your best work if you take on this character!
