Athena Cykes: Ace Attorney
Project Overview
Athena Cykes: Ace Attorney is a web hosted fan game on https://www.aaonline.fr/ that is meant to be accessible and fun for new and returning Ace Attorney players alike. Set around the titular character, Athena Cykes, it takes place after the events of "Spirit of Justice" and shows Athena taking on several cases from her first time in a European court to murder mysteries intricately tied to her own history.
This casting call is just for Voice Actors for a few of the most important original characters (and one canonical but unvoiced character). If you have any other ways you wish to help in the project, refer to the email below.
[EDIT: Due to issues with artwork, this project has now been expanded to find artists as well. Exact pricing will be discussed when contacted, listed pricing is merely a suggestion. A project will be defined as ten pieces of evidence per trial/every five backgrounds]

Ashley Rumper is a flirtatious prosecutor who uses seduction in the court as a psychological form of directing trials, though as far as anyone knows she has never displayed an interest in any one beyond flirting. She grew up in Europe after a traumatic incident in America, mirroring Athena Cykes, contributing somewhat to her accent and vocabulary.
While Ashley is very flirtatious and clever, she is also ruthless when she wants something and can have a bit of a temper, throwing small tantrums when she is really upset without knowing how to deal with it. She rarely does this when losing though so much as when she thinks someone guilty is being let go, as she has an almost blinding hatred of criminals, especially any who walk away free when she knows they are guilty.
She is also aware her looks, more generally her lower half, often attracts the attention of those interested in her including on occasions Athena herself when they first meet, much to her amusement. However despite utilizing her looks in court, she does get rather annoyed when people joke about her larger lower proportions, having had to put up with enough teasing due to her name in the past along with it.
Despite never having displayed interest before, some (mainly Trucy Wright) personally suspect she may have more interest in Athena than she does others, due to how much more back and forth she is willing to do with the laywer compared to anyone else.
[Amused, flirtatious] "If the defense is feeling left out of my... 'directing' of the trial, all she had to do was ask to be included. I don't mind flirting with one of the cuter attorney's in this court after all~"
[Serious, monologuing] "Darling... The one thing I hate more than anything is criminals who walk free. Your resolve to save your client is impressive, you are loyal to the end... But so long as the slightest doubt remains in my mind, I will not rest until *I* know justice has been dealt!
No criminal will ever get away from this court uncaptured as long as I still prosecute cases here, no matter how ruthless and unyielding I have to be. I will no longer play nice with you, Cykes. I hope your resolve is still as strong as I saw it to be before because if it's not, you will end today crushed under my own. Now the trial may begin"
[Confident] OBJECTION, DARLING! [Angry] OBJECTION!
[Redacted] is a very important character in the plot, one I can not go into too many details about due to spoilers however I can tell you they are the main assistant to Athena from the second case onwards, though they are not the most competent of assistants.
Despite that however, he has a cheery, friendly and kind attitude giving sage advice and always willing to teach the younger ones around him neat tricks he's picked up over his life time. He is always needling Athena, frustrating her slightly but in a friendly manner and when push comes to shove can prove helpful in most out of court situations.
However, when he is angry, he takes on a whole new demeanour that can frighten almost everyone in the court, even those with years of experience Only those with the most bravery or stupidity would not cower before his more angered objections. Feel free to have fun with the jovial side but make sure that he can be outright menacing when anger takes root. [More details upon casting]
[Slightly gruff but friendly] "Hey you. You're that Cykes girl from the Wright Whatever Agency, right? A friend of mine was defended by that Justice guy. Tell you what, I'll give you a discount for doing good work."
[Amused, chuckling slightly] "What, you think just because my main job is as a vendor I can't know a few tricks? I got up into all sorts of mischief in middle school. Just happened to pick up lockpicking as skill from it."
[Enegertic] "TAKE THAT!" [Angry, Scary] "OBJECTION!"
Trucy Wright is the daughter of Athena Cykes boss, Phoenix Wright and a very bubbly energetic magician with a good head on her shoulders but also a playful side. Though she can act silly she's actually fairly smart and business savvy, along with having a playful side. She will be returning as Athena's assistant alongside the new debuting assistan.
[Slightly excited, somewhat concerned] "OBJECTION!"
"TAKE THAT!" "HOLD IT!"
[Playful, oblivious] "Hey 'Thena, Miss Ash seemed to really like flirting with you huh? I bet she has a crush! Pearls told me all about how to spot one. Hey why is your face so red?"
[Redacted] is one of the more important antagonists within the project, with a personal connection to Prosecutor Ashley Rumper. More details can not be disclosed due to spoilers
[Annoyed/Frustrated] "Alright, I admit I am of Kh'urainese heritage but what is the big deal? I've never heard of this No'Badi before."
[Bored] "You are obsessed with this past incident. Ms. Cykes may call it grief. I call it... pathetic. People die, Rumper. You should give up chasing down those responsible, it only makes you look weak.

You will create background scenes in the style of the ace attorney trilogy and Apollo Justice. These will be used in the investigation segments of the game. Each case will have a minimum of five backgrounds and a maximum of ten. Each case will likely have about two months worth of time to work on backgrounds. Backgrounds will be 259x192
