Arctic's Decision | Wings of Fire | Voice acted M.A.P.
Project Overview
SLIGHT SPOILERS FOR THE BOOK: DARKSTALKER
The story began with Arctic brainstorming ideas for his animus enchantment in his room. He was talking with a first-circle IceWing that he forgot the name and identity of. Near the end of their conversation, he realized it was Snowflake, the dragon his mother arranged for him to marry. They then went outside on the balcony and met an incredibly talkative NightWing who was watching the sunset while trying to keep herself warm. She continuously complained about the cold and talked about how pretty everything was until Snowflake got annoyed and left. Arctic was left alone with her, and she unintentionally introduced herself as Foeslayer. The two talked for a while, and after lots of complaining about the cold, Arctic enchanted one of his diamond earrings to keep her warm and gave it to her as a gift, breaking the IceWing animus rule of only being able to use his magic once for a glorious gift to the whole tribe. Arctic later escaped the Ice Kingdom with Foeslayer.

all audition MUST be sent through Youtube or Casting Call Club.
You MUST have emotion.
Have a clear microphone. it's ok if there is a LITTLE background noise.

If you do not follow any of the rules after or before you are casted/auditioned, then you will be kicked from the M.A.P. no matter how important the role is.

Arctic can either have an English, British, or North American accent.
PERSONALITY:
While he lived in the Ice Kingdom, Arctic felt trapped by the rules of IceWing society. He radiated cold, congealing resentment and cold anger, with rotten patches around the edges. All knowing described him to be "seething with darkness." He was vengeful, grim, lost, scornful, angry, bitter, cold, and menacing. His thoughts were dark, grumbling, and venomous.
However, he was patient, and seemed genuinely concerned for Clearsight after she suffered from a harsh series of visions. He was genuinely afraid of going mad from use of his animus magic, as he was worried that he might become evil and hurt Foeslayer. According to Darkstalker's soul reader, Arctic's soul was severely damaged, but he was not completely evil.
VOICE:
He has a warm voice with a commanding tone.

Foeslayer is an adult female NightWing. Many IceWings believed that she was one of the main causes of the NightWing-IceWing War, as Foeslayer and Arctic's forbidden relationship infuriated Diamond and led her to declare war on the NightWings.
PERSONALITY:
As a dragonet, Hope was scatterbrained, likely to blurt whatever she was thinking, and passionate over things that most other dragons found pointless. She was loudmouthed, hopeful, and slightly strange. She had a sharp tongue, but was not the kind of dragon to leave others in danger. She laughed and grinned often.She did not typically follow orders, and she was sarcastic and interesting.
VOICE:
A playfully, soft but strong voice. and a serious, happy tone.

"Seriously the worst! That poor dragon! I am completely telling her not to marry you. I pity whoever gets tricked into that. You'll be like, (changes voice to a silly male voice, imitating Arctic) 'Happy fortieth anniversary … what's your name again?' and she'll be all, (changes voice to imitate Snowflake.)'It's our FIFTIETH, you slime weasel, and my name is you're sleeping on an iceberg tonight."

"No, keep smiling. I know you're doing all this for me. It'll all be worth it. Together forever, Arctic! We're going to be the happiest dragons in the world."

"And of course you think your 'rank' is higher than mine. But we're not in your kingdom. My dragonets will never set foot in your frozen wasteland. We are here, whether you like it or not, and he is my son, and his name is Darkstalker."

Snowflake was an adult female IceWing who was introduced in Darkstalker. She was a noble in the First Circle. She was in an arranged engagement to Prince Arctic and was in a relationship with Snowfox
PERSONALITY:
Snowflake was loyal, with a respectable family. Arctic worried that she might lack a personality, but Snowflake became visibly irritated at Arctic after he snapped at her, and he later speculated that her character was composed of repressed fury. Arctic described her as unmemorable, and her face was impossible to read. She was quiet, and Diamond stated that Snowflake was a dragon who kept her mouth shut and either did not express or did not harbor any opinions. She had an excellent look of icy disdain, but struggled to form cutting comebacks. She spent a lot of her time fuming, and although she had rage under her scales, it was seldom noticeable beneath her cool exterior. She was outwardly calm and collected, and did not trust animus magic. She was sarcastic, with a deep, dark, interior; Snowfox described her as having "a depth of dark water beneath her ice."
VOICE:
SnowFlake has a soft, strong voice. She has the kind of calm tone that sounded like she was hiding things.

"You monster! I knew those dragons! How could you just kill them? For a NightWing? What is wrong with you?"
