Hey everyone! Agent Fluffy here! I’m doing a fanfic reading of a fic called April Foals Founding Day written by Alphamon_Ouryuken! It’s about Discord hosting a prank war in Ponyville for ponies to celebrate for the first time! Pranks and jokes will ensue!
By the way, this is an unpaid project.
There are some roles available but first, let’s go over the qualifications and rules before sharing what VA roles I need.
Due Dates for Lines (if you are chosen): March 20th, 2021 (9:00 PM EST)
Please submit auditions ONLY if you know that if you are chosen you will need to meet this due date.

Below are the qualifications and rules of the casting call for VAs:
Qualifications:
VAs:
1. You must be 17 years old or older to audition for this project. By submitting your audition to this project you are validating that you have met the age requirement.
2. You must have a decent or good quality microphone. (It doesn't have to be professional studio quality.)
3. I'm also looking for your ability to act as the character(s) you are auditioning for. The voice does not have to be show accurate. Your ability to act the character is most important to me.
4. I'm looking for committed, accountable and reliable VAs that will:
Review the scheduled due dates and submit your audition(s) ONLY if you can meet the scheduled due dates.
Once you have been accepted as part of the team, accountability includes:
Checking in once a week with your status on assignments.
Immediately informing me if you need help or something has happened to change your availability that would put your due dates at risk. This would enable us to work together on a resolution PRIOR to due dates.
READ THE RULES CAREFULLY BEFORE AUDITIONING!
Rules:
VAs:
1. Leave three (3) seconds of silence at the start of your audition recording BEFORE you say the audition lines of each of the character(s) you are auditioning for. This enables me to listen to your background noise and if needed to determine how much background noise I’ll need to remove during your recording.
2. You must have multiple takes in your audition so I can hear your emotional range of your voice. Three (3) takes is required.
3. I require you to send your audition files separately! (Meaning in one file and one character in each recording with 3 takes intact for each line, not one file for each take separately and/or doing all the characters you are auditioning for in one file!)
4. I require your audition file(s) to be in either wav, mp3, or m4a format for audio (mp4 or wmv for YouTube auditions).
5. Send your completed audition lines to Agent0Fluffy@ gmail.com (no spaces) or the Casting Call Club website, under my casting call page.
If you are sending your auditions through email, PLEASE label your audition files as such:

Process
Casting Call: Details of call are in sections noted above.
Casting Call Results: A casting call results video will be released on March 5th (sometime before 11:59 PM EST). At the time of the results, if you are selected I will immediately need the following from you. Please send this information to my email Agent0Fluffy@ gmail.com (no spaces) to keep in contact and to turn in VA lines:
Either your email, Skype or Discord
Work: VAs create lines and turn in on or prior to due dates.
Staying in Contact: Weekly touch base on your status. This could be a quick chat, email and/or message.
Production: Once all lines are submitted, I will edit / produce the video.
Release: This fanfic reading will be uploaded on YouTube once it's finished.

Twilight is a genius in magic and she is a bookworm. She is an alicorn, the princess of friendship and she is the element of magic. She is a smart planner and a leader.

(fascinated) Yeah. Sunset's reports on Earth are always so interesting. The best ones are about the holidays there.
*groan* (tired) Ugh… why couldn't they just wait till noon? Head over to… wherever they're doing whatever with Starlight and make sure nothing too bizarre happens, I'll be there shortly…
(livid) Oh REAL funny you two! I'll bet you think you're SO clever! *scoff* (subdued rage) ....you two thought that was funny huh? You thought that was just so CUTE didn't you? (screaming in rage/livid) STARLIGHT YOU TRAITOR!! *scoff*
Discord is a draconequus. He loves creating chaos and disharmony. He is eccentric and mischievous. In this story, he hosts a prank war in Ponyville.

(counter) Jokes on you, I never had any to begin with! (state) But in all seriousness-oh let's face it none of you are going to take this seriously-(announce) I’ve decided to bestow upon Ponyville a unique, one-of-a-kind honor, drumroll please!

Rainbow Dash is a brash, confident pegasus and is part of the Wonderbolts. She is very athletic. She is the element of loyalty. In this story, she is one of the co-hosts of the prank war with Discord.

*stretching waking up* Welp, since you're here I guess we can start… (call out) yo Pinkie! (call out) Twi’s here! Tell Discord to get ready!

Pinkie Pie is hyperactive and energetic who throws parties and is the element of laughter. Sometimes she gets sad and gets over the top with her emotions. In this story, she is one of the co-hosts of the prank war with Discord.

Fluttershy is a pegasus. She's the element of kindness. She is kind, soft spoken and shy. She is caring for her friends and her animals.

(call out/timid) Excuse me? *squeak* (nervous) W-well I was just w-wondering what kind of holiday this is? Do we give each other gifts?
(gentle) Of course I do. After all, it's all in good fun… (happy) But as long as we're here, why not play with some of my friends?

Applejack is a hard working earth pony from Sweet Apple Acres. She is the element of honesty. She is a country pony. She speaks in a southern accent. She is headstrong.

(call out) Now hold on! (confused/angry) In what way is this contest fair? Especially since the three of yah will be in it?
(exclaim in excitement) Well butter mah biscuit! (scream) (drenched in cold water) GAAAAAAAH!!!
*growl* (pissed/snap) Why you sneaky little…! (pissed/yell) Wait till I get my hooves on you!!
Derpy is a ditzy and timid mailmare pegasus who sometimes doesn't know what she is doing but she means no harm by it.

(happy) Hey there Mr. and Mrs. Cake! I'm here for the usual!
(surprised) W-what's going on here?
(hurt/in tears) What but.... b-but that's so mean. I-I never did anything wrong to you... why are you being so h-h-hateful? *weeping*
Mrs. Cake is one of the owners of Sugarcube Corner. She has a motherly voice and a Canadian accent.

(happy) Oh hey Derpy! Of course! Two bran muffins coming right up!
You see… (explain) We've baked some chili powder into three of the muffins. (explain) If you can guess which one, you get four muffins for the price of two!
(trying to be comforting) D-Derpy... calm down it's only a game...
Mr. Cake is one of the owners of Sugarcube Corner. He has a fatherly voice and cares about Mrs. Cake and his babies.

(innocent) Oh it's very simple Derpy. In the spirit of the new holiday we decided to add a little challenge for anyone who buys from us.
(innocently/concerned) Something wrong?
Snips is a mischievous unicorn along with Snails. He is crafty and clever.

(explain/argue) I'm telling you Snails, using a catapult would be a lot more practical than a giant slingshot!
(explain/argue) Yeah but you can load more into it! Not to mention- (confused) Snails?
(scream) OH C'MON! I JUST SHOWERED!!
Snails is a dim-witted unicorn who follows everything Snips says. He slurs his speech.

(retort/argue) A catapult makes too much noise though Snips. It'd take too long to reload anyways!
*scream in terror*
*groan* AW MAN! (angry) This SUCKS!
Scootaloo has a rasp in her voice. She is strong willed and is part of the Cutie Mark Crusaders. She is energetic and has a tomboy personality.

(mischievous) Ah~ it's that moment of dawning comprehension that I live for.
I wouldn't say that just yet! (confident) Time for somepony else to be the “chicken” for once!!
(call out) Hey Diamond, Silver! (excited) You two are not going to believe what the girls and I found!
Vinyl Scratch aka DJ-Pon3 is a DJ unicorn for Equestria. She is good friends with Vinyl and she is a chill pony who loves to party.

Octavia Melody is an earth pony musician that specializes in classical music. She has a posh British accent. She is posh and elegant in her personality. Though sometimes, she can be stuck up and uppity.

Bon Bon is an earth pony that is best friends with Lyra Heartstrings. Her voice is up to your interpretation.

Sunburst is a unicorn wizard who is smart and wise. He is Starlight Glimmer’s childhood friend. He is mild-mannered, studious and he tends to get excited over historical stuff.

(nervous) I-I know we haven't seen each other much… B-but there's something that I need to get off my chest…
(confess) For the longest time.... I-I've been in love with you.... I just never had the courage to say anything.
(nervously) S-so I wanted to ask… w-will you be my special somepony?
Flash Sentry is a pegasus guard. He is nice and mild mannered.

Big Mac is Applejack’s and Apple Bloom’s brother. He is usually calm and easy going. He’s a stallion of a few words. He has a southern accent.

Silver Spoon is an earth pony and Diamond Tiara’s best friend. She is snooty, stuck up, and petty. She is the follower to Diamond Tiara. She has a valley girl voice.

(firmly) We want you to eat them and prove it's not a trick.

Diamond Tiara is an earth pony. She is snobby, stuck up, rude, sarcastic and shallow. She picks on the CMC without any remorse. She can be cute at times.

(curious) .....what is this? (unamused) Seriously? It's WAY too obvious.
(mouth full) Hmm… *chew* interesting taste… But I can't place the flavor…
Princess Celestia is the Princess of the Sun. She is graceful, poised, regal and refined. She’s a mentor to Twilight Sparkle. She is silly sometimes and mischievous.
