Apocalypse Otome Game (One-Time Project)
Project Overview
WHAT: Apocalypse-themed otome/dating game. I am currently planning for this to be a one-time project.
WHEN: flexible
BUDGET: None; you will receive no $ compensation, sorry. I don't plan on charging for folks to play this game.
CHAT: Discord preferred, but I'm flexible
NEED: Voices and Art.
> No need for a high quality mic, as long as there isn't obvious A/C or fans or background noise.
EXPECTATIONS:
I've included sample lines for each character, this is a very short project, so expect probably 20-30 minutes or less total recording/sending all the lines (per character)

Sam is a herbalist with occasionally suspicious (but never explicitly established) tendencies towards certain herbs. He knows his stuff but is quite laid back most of the time.
Sam is protective of his younger brother Kane, who is whiny and problematic.
*soft/quiet and slightly low laughter, in slightly condescending and confused amusement*
"Wait! Don't touch that one ... I wouldn't want you to get hurt."
( Advising MC to avoid a poisonous plant, gentle tone after ellipses )"Plants are friends."
(matter of factly. take creative liberty with this one otherwise.)
Appearance: Any ethnicity. Laid back. Forest vibes and scruffy hair would be great.

Henry is the most mature of the group and really holds it together. He's an expert on firearms. He has a cold and curt exterior, but is considerate on the inside (although he'll never describe himself as warm). He's on the quieter side.

(somewhat disinterested tone, not stern or angry but slightly serious)
"Don't waste any."(somewhat proud, slightly surprised but rather sincere. no sarcasm.)

Appearance: Strong, mature look. Firearm expert. Any ethnicity. Very short hair with serious expression.

Alex is a 20 y.o. male who loves engineering out of materials certainly not meant for engineering. He's sneaky and playful. He's always in control, but his moral compass can be askew at times.

"Ah ah ah, but it's holding together!"(he has set up a 'trap' using Taco Bell to catch other survivors off guard)
(inistent tone to the MC, who has questioned his design)
"No one can resist Taco Bell, just you wait."(he hates blood and Gray is about to butcher a deer that they caught)(slightly disgusted would be fine, or dismissive and sarcastically happy is fine)
"Anddd this is the part where I leave!"

Gray is the most unhinged and violent of the group. He's completely comfortabe with knives and using knives. He can be rash at times, although he's predictably unpredictable. He gives off strong menace energy.

(sound like you're slightly losing it after listening to a brat whine for far too long)
(threatening tone)
"Shut. (pause). Up."(evening. others are pretty much retiring for the night but he's not.)
(first line is in disagreement to someone else. second line is confident and dismissive)
"The night has only begun. (pause) (small laugh, like an exhale through the nose) I'm heading out."(he's butchering a deer. after the MC points out that he's quite skilled with a knife and must really enjoy using one, he retorts)(it'd be nice if the speed of speech varies here)
"(small breath of distaste/disgust/indignancy). It's not the same. I enjoy the thrill, the speed, the sensation of my blood pushing through my trembling muscles in the middle of a fight. I only choose this chore because it is least often and least difficult ... but you better not tell Henry that."
Appearance: Slightly chaotic, any hair, any ethnicity. A t-shirt and sweatpants would be great.

"Aah! (small pause while falling) (Unh, or another equivalent to a noise of pain)"
