Fader Studios' (Plot) Armourless
Project Overview
A ridiculously strong superhero named Michael "Superstrong" Luciman creates his own superhero team after realizing saving the world is boring alone. Recruiting random-ass people through a questionable friendship application process, Michael forms Armourless.
The team sets out to fight villains and become legendary heroes... but in this world, heroes don't get happy endings. With ridiculous battles, absurd villains, and increasingly chaotic deaths, (Plot) Armourless flips the superhero formula upside down.
A dark comedy about friendship, survival, and the characters everyone expects to survive... not surviving.
Michael created Armourless completely by accident in a desperate search for friends. Kind-hearted, determined, and naturally heroic, he’s the type of person who tries to do the right thing even when the odds are completely against him. While he may not always have all the answers, Michael’s confidence, compassion, and willingness to protect others are what make people believe in him.
Despite being the team’s leader, Michael isn’t a perfect, larger-than-life superhero. He’s still a normal person trying to figure things out, balancing moments of humour and optimism with the pressure of being responsible for others. Whether he’s inspiring the team, making a sarcastic comment, or stepping up when things get serious, Michael is the heart that keeps Armourless together.
Voice Direction: Looking for a youthful masculine voice with a natural, grounded personality. The ideal voice should be able to pass as 17, with a medium-low pitch and smooth, The ideal voice should have a medium-low pitch with a smooth, deep resonance while still maintaining a youthful quality rather than sounding too mature or aged. Calm, warm, and confident, with a balance between friendliness and seriousness. The voice actor should be able to deliver subtle humour naturally, while also bringing intensity and emotion during dramatic moments. Avoid overly deep “superhero” voices or exaggerated performances. Think adult and younger sheldon cooper and Jeremy Jordan

I’m not saying this plan is bad. I’m just saying there are several moments where I’m pretty sure the plan stops being a plan and starts being a cry for help.
Cheese is very nice.
I'm screaming in agony because of my severe loneliness. Ah.
One of the first people to answer Michael's desperate search for friends, Evi quickly becomes his right-hand woman. Confident, sarcastic, and effortlessly funny, she's always ready with a roast, a terrible joke, or an eye roll whenever the team's collective brain cell goes missing. While everyone else embraces the chaos, Evi usually points out just how ridiculous everything is... before immediately joining in anyway. Her self-proclaimed superpower? Having VERY good taste in music. Whether or not that's an actual superpower is... up for debate.
Voice Direction: Looking for a feminine transgender voice with plenty of personality. Confident, witty, and natural, with good comedic timing. Think dry sarcasm, playful banter, and the ability to switch from deadpan to energetic when the joke calls for it. Avoid overly exaggerated or "anime" style performances.

Arnold is strangely formal, polite, and completely unfazed by the absolute insanity happening around him. While everyone else shouts, panics, or makes terrible jokes, Arnold remains calm and professional, treating every interaction like a business meeting. He rarely shows emotion, which somehow makes him even funnier.
His main talent appears to be having money he steals from his parents... and that's apparently enough to get him onto the team.
Voice Direction: Looking for a calm, mature, deadpan performance with a professional, almost corporate tone. Arnold should sound like he's attending a job interview instead of joining a chaotic superhero team. The humour comes from how seriously he takes everything.

Lola is effortlessly cool, confidently herself, and impossible not to like. She's laid-back, witty, and gives off that "too cool to panic" Lesbian energy, even when everything around her is falling apart. Beneath that calm exterior, she's surprisingly enthusiastic about the things she loves... especially cheese.
She fits into the team's chaos almost immediately, matching everyone's energy while somehow making it look effortless.
Voice Direction: Looking for a confident, relaxed, and charismatic voice with natural comedic timing. She should sound cool without trying too hard, with a warm, playful edge. Think "cool older sister" energy with slight bubble and exaggeration.

Paul is one of the most genuine and straightforward members of Armourless. He sees the world in his own unique way and isn't afraid to be completely honest about who he is. His direct communication style, strong sense of self, and passionate interests make him stand out from the rest of the team.
Paul isn't interested in pretending to be "normal" or fitting into expectations. He's openly autistic, proudly himself, and brings a different perspective to the group. While the others are caught up in chaos and drama, Paul often cuts through it with his honesty, enthusiasm, and unexpected observations.
Voice Direction: Looking for an authentic performance with personality and warmth. Paul should not be played as a stereotype or as "the funny autistic character." His humour comes from his blunt honesty, timing, and the contrast between his straightforward nature and everyone else's chaos. The actor should bring confidence, individuality, and genuine emotion to the role.

Lucy is one of the more grounded members of Armourless. Surrounded by a team full of chaotic personalities and ridiculous situations, she brings a calmer, more level-headed energy while still being able to match their weirdness.
She may not be the strongest or most intimidating member of the team, but Lucy has a quiet confidence that makes her stand out. She's kind, determined, and has a subtle coolness about her that comes from being comfortable with who she is. She doesn't need to be the loudest person in the room to make an impact.
Voice Direction: Looking for a natural feminine voice with a balance of confidence, warmth, and emotional range. Lucy should sound slightly cool and composed, but still approachable and genuine. She should be able to deliver dry humour, heartfelt moments, and moments of vulnerability without feeling overly dramatic.

Emma is one of the final members to join Armourless, and possibly the most normal person in the room. While surrounded by chaos, destruction, and a team full of strange personalities, Emma brings a calm, kind, and grounded presence.
She's genuinely caring, patient, and always willing to help others, but she also has a very dry sense of humour. Emma doesn't need to make a big entrance or prove herself; her quiet confidence speaks for itself. She often reacts to the team's nonsense with a simple look of disbelief before casually going along with it.
Voice Direction: Looking for a warm, natural feminine voice with a calm and slightly deadpan delivery. Emma should sound kind and approachable, but able to land dry jokes and subtle sarcasm. The performance should feel genuine rather than overly exaggerated, with room for emotional moments when needed.

Anything you think fits!!
The ruthless leader of Villain-Name-Final.txt and one of Armourless' most intimidating recurring villains. Thunderstorm is serious, demanding, and has absolutely no patience for failure. Their explosive temper often turns small problems into dramatic outbursts, making them just as volatile emotionally as they are physically.
With the ability to generate and discharge electricity by building up static charge, Thunderstorm uses their specially designed clothing to maximise their power. As their charge increases, their hair rises and their glowing eyes brighten, warning everyone nearby that a powerful attack is coming.
Despite the chaos around them, Thunderstorm sees themselves as a true threat and becomes increasingly frustrated when others refuse to take them seriously. Their dramatic anger often becomes their funniest trait, especially when dealing with incompetent allies.
Voice Direction:
Looking for a powerful, intimidating voice with lots of personality. Serious and commanding, but able to shift into frustrated outbursts and dramatic anger. Think villain leader energy mixed with an explosive temper and sharp comedic timing.

The quiet, strategic second-in-command of Villain-Name-Final.txt and the mastermind behind many of their operations. While Thunderstorm relies on power and intimidation, Cobra prefers careful planning, stealth, and preparation, making the gang far more organised and dangerous.
With no supernatural abilities, Cobra relies on advanced chemical technology. Their gas mask and backpack allow them to deploy different chemical compounds through sprays, mists, and concentrated blasts, with a specialised glove letting them quickly switch between weapons.
Despite their intimidating equipment, Cobra is physically weak and incredibly shy, avoiding direct fights whenever possible. They prefer working from the shadows, letting their inventions and strategies speak for them. They joined the organisation mainly to pay off their expensive Chemistry degree loans.
Voice Direction:
Looking for a quiet, intelligent voice with a nervous but calculating personality. Cobra should sound reserved and awkward in normal conversations, but become cold and confident when discussing plans or chemistry. Think shy scientist mixed with a dangerous strategist.

A dramatic frontline member of Villain-Name-Final.txt who genuinely believes they're the hero of the story. Magnetman sees themselves as a noble warrior fighting for justice, even when their methods are reckless, destructive, and usually make things much worse.
Using magnetic fields generated from their hands, Magnetman can attract ferrous metals, pull themselves toward large metal objects, and manipulate their signature metal discs in combat. They can even deflect lightning, though it takes a lot of energy. Their superhero-style suit, cape, and speeches only add to their belief that they're a legendary hero.
While the rest of the gang knows they're villains, Magnetman fully commits to the role of the "good guy", creating hilarious situations where they dramatically fight Armourless while insisting they're on the right side. Usually found delivering heroic speeches, launching themselves across the battlefield, or causing massive property damage in the name of justice.
Voice Direction:
Looking for a bold, theatrical voice with huge superhero energy. Magnetman should sound confident, passionate, and completely convinced they're doing the right thing. Think over-the-top hero speeches, dramatic poses, and genuine sincerity, with comedy coming from how seriously they take themselves.

A member of Villain-Name-Final.txt and possibly the strangest villain Armourless has ever encountered. Despite being an incredibly dangerous threat, Evil Paul has almost no interest in actually fighting. Instead, he spends his endless energy jumping between random thoughts, strange ideas, and conversations that nobody else can follow.
Behind his chaotic personality is an incredibly intelligent mind. Evil Paul notices things others miss, solves impossible problems, and somehow manages to be one of the smartest people in the room, despite looking like he has forgotten what the room is for. His greatest ability is completely derailing any situation. Whenever he meets Paul Balls, the two immediately stop whatever battle is happening and start discussing the most pointless topics imaginable, leaving everyone else confused as they debate things like refrigerators, cheese, or whatever random thought appears next.
Nobody understands why Evil Paul refuses to fight Paul, including Evil Paul himself. He simply exists as one of the villains, somehow earns the highest pay, and contributes in ways that make absolutely no sense.
Voice Direction:
Looking for a voice with endless energy and unpredictable delivery. Evil Paul should sound chaotic, curious, and constantly distracted, but able to suddenly become calm, intelligent, and surprisingly insightful. Think someone who seems completely random until they say something that proves they were paying attention the entire time.

An agender member of Villain-Name-Final.txt and the self-proclaimed "God of Fighting". Pygmachia is one of the most experienced combatants in the group, having spent decades mastering countless fighting styles. Their name comes from the Ancient Greek word for fist-fighting, reflecting their identity as a relentless hand-to-hand warrior.
Pygmachia possesses a unique form of immortality. They are not invincible and can still be injured, but whenever they die, an experimental device reactivates their nervous system, causing their body to reboot and return ready for battle. Their constantly changing body is made from replacement parts, leaving their mind as the only thing that has remained unchanged.Originally created through a World War I military experiment attempting to revive soldiers lost in combat, Pygmachia eventually escaped and joined Villain-Name-Final.txt. Their endless experience and willingness to throw themselves into danger make them one of the most dangerous fighters in Armourless.
Despite their intimidating reputation, Pygmachia is not cruel. Quiet and distant, they struggle with their identity after losing almost everything that made them feel human. They fight because it is all they know, but they secretly care about their teammates and often protect them without admitting it.
Voice Direction:
Looking for a calm, low, and emotionally restrained voice. Pygmachia should sound experienced and tired, like someone who has seen countless battles. They rarely show emotion, but small moments of warmth or frustration should feel meaningful. Think a quiet warrior with hidden compassion.

"I have fought in more battles than you could imagine. Trust me... this will not end the way you expect."

A member of Villain-Name-Final.txt and the emotional heart of the team, Charlie is a powerful dimension manipulator who focuses on strategy and support rather than direct combat. While others rely on strength or intimidation, Charlie’s greatest weapons are creativity, patience, and understanding.
Charlie can create and control a pocket dimension that mirrors the real world with a purple, dreamlike atmosphere. Inside, movement is greatly accelerated, with every step equaling roughly eight in the real world. She uses this ability to create portals, reposition allies, trap enemies, and completely change the flow of battle from a distance.
With her elegant purple aesthetic and fantasy-inspired style, Charlie stands out among the rest of the gang. Despite being a villain, she genuinely cares about her teammates and treats them like people rather than tools. She is often the one checking on others, keeping the group together, and reminding everyone that there is still some humanity left.
Voice Direction:
Looking for a warm, expressive voice with a graceful and caring personality. Charlie should sound elegant and confident, but still approachable and emotionally intelligent. She can be gentle when supporting others, but should have a strong presence when protecting her team. Think a kind-hearted leader with a touch of theatrical elegance.

A bizarre and overly dramatic secret agent who appears during the infamous “Filler Episode.” Nobody knows who he works for or why he’s here, but Secret Cheesy treats every situation like a world-saving mission.
With his dramatic entrances, unnecessary spy tactics, and obsession with eggs, he approaches even the smallest problems with complete seriousness. Secret Cheesy is confident, ridiculous, and fully committed to his secret agent persona.
Voice Direction: Looking for a masculine voice with a deep, theatrical presence. Confident, dramatic, and slightly over-the-top, like a classic spy hero. The performance should balance genuine seriousness with comedic timing. Think: the Egg Boiz from Hazbin Hotel as a general voice reference, but without the exaggerated voice cracks or overly “on-the-nose” comedic delivery. A classical back-of-the-throat style voice could work, but this isn’t a requirement. Other unique interpretations are welcome as long as they capture Secret Cheesy’s dramatic spy energy.
