Rosemary is a railway steam shovel who works at the Engvall Quarry, though she occasionally works at Whitestone Mountain Quarry when needed to.

Rosemary enjoys her work at the quarry, and loves working alongside Mavis, Lady, Colin, and Boyd.

She’s also quite adventurous and loves to travel to new places on the island.

Her voice is freelance, so long as it’s within the right age range.

Scuffy is a small tugboat who tows smaller barges up and down the Kisara Canal, to either Kisara or Smith Wharf and towards Welker or Kronkton Harbour.

Being a brave little tugboat, Scuffy is always on the lookout for adventure. He's a cheerful friend to most residents who either visit or live on Transportainia, especially Tootle and Katy.

His voice should at least come close to sounding like Tony Ail.

Senior Chugga is a small elderly cabless tender engine who shunts freight cars in Anderson City Yards.

When he arrived on the island in recent times, he was assigned to help pull trains on the Greendale Valley Railway. However, this proved to be too much for the old engine, as he had a hard time keeping up with the timetables. So, he was relocated to Anderson City Yards to help shunt, where he's much happier working.

Senior Chugga is a wise old tender engine, who acts a lot like a grandpa to many of the younger engines, and tries to give them important advice whenever he can. He's also very humble, and always apologizes for any mistakes he makes, even when they aren't worth the fuss.

His voice source is currently unknown, but he should at least come close to sounding like how he does in the episode she appears in (Dora The Explorer’s Choo Choo).

Sharon Marcot is the station mistress at Foxton Valley Junction.

Sharon Marcot is known by many engines and railway staff as a kind but firm person who always puts those who help her out from time to time and the passengers’ top priorities first before her own. She’s also very brave in an emergency, even if it turns out to be dangerous.

Her voice source is freelance, so long as it’s within the age range.

Sir Reginald is an express engine who pulls express trains along The Transportainian Main Line.

A very fast steam engine originating from France, Sir Reginald is the express engine who pulls an express train from Kronkton City Station and Anderson City Central. He's a little snooty at times, but is far more polite than Spencer and Farnsworth! He's helpful, very quick to the point, and is willing to do freight runs...a job other express engines are known to hate!

His voice source is freelance, so long as it's within the age range and accent.

Skylar is a crane "chugger" from Chuggington who assists with construction work, loading and unloading various trucks and freight cars, and helping with track maintenance.

Young, energetic, and laid-back, Skylar is often seen around Transportainia assisting with construction work, repair jobs, or simple tasks like loading and unloading small crates with other crane engines like Harvey. With a precise and relaxed way of doing things, Skylar always knows just what tools to bring out for the job and enjoys helping out with anything where he is needed! With a shovel claw, a hook winch, and his trusty grapple at the ready, Skylar is there when you're in a tight-spot for track work!

His voice sources are Michael Quartey (UK) and Brendan Dooling/Tony Denman/Jason Durran (US).

Tierno is a human teenage trainer who comes from the Kalos region.

Tierno is a friendly person, who supports his friends, including Trevor and Shauna, in pursuing their goals. Tierno is also a talented dancer and uses such a tactic in his battles to prevail.

His voice should at least come close to sounding like Todd Haberkorn.

Tornado is an express tender engine who visits Transportainia every now and then from the U.K mainland, mainly to help out with rail tours.

Tornado is a strong but gentle sort of engine, always willing to help out with any job outside of pulling rail tours while visiting.

His voice is freelanced, so long as he’s the right age range.

Trevor is a small and thin Pokémon trainer from the Kalos region. He's really good friends with Tierno and Shauna.

Though somewhat silent, Trevor is a skilled trainer, who wishes to learn more about Pokémon and battles. He is also a determined photographer, wanting to take pictures of all the Pokémon in existence. However, this desire sometimes causes Trevor to forget certain things and activities he was supposed to do.

His voice should at least come close to sounding like Michael Lockwood Crouch.

Téa Gardner is a female human and high school graduate who lives in Lower Anderson City. Téa is really good at dancing and wants to be a professional dancer when she grows up.

She is usually shown to be cheering her friends and standing up for what she believes in; it is also shown that she will do anything to help her friends. She plays the role of the strong, down-to-earth, caring, compassionate voice of reason of her group of friends.

Despite her strong bond of friendship, Téa is not above keeping the others, mainly for the slightly immature guys like Brock, in line when they get out of control or act foolishly. She often says "I need more female friends" when she's around a group of her friends that have more guys than girls, yet she cares about them a lot. Because of this, Téa serves as something of a sister-figure to her friends.

Her voice should at least come close to sounding like Amy Birnbaum.

Victor is a narrow-gauge tank engine who works at Anderson City Engine Works with the rest of the crew who works there, including Kevin. He sometimes goes to the workshop at Kato on the Dunham Hills and Kingsterm Railway to visit broken down narrow gauge engines.

Victor is a narrow gauge engine that helps keep the Anderson City Engine Works operating well. He is a busy engine with a winning sense of humor and a heart of gold. He is highly respected among all of the Transportonian engines for helping to sort their repairs and see to their needs. He is very friendly, can often put a smile on an engine's smokebox, and will often help guide an engine where he feels it may be to their benefit. Victor also has a firm manner when something needs to be sorted and stands no nonsense from naughty steam engines or lurking diesel engines. He takes his work very seriously and takes great pride in helping to maintain the service of the works. In his time, Victor has helped restore, repair and repaint many of Transportonia's locomotives and he keeps the works a welcoming, bustling, hospitable environment. He keeps a keen, watchful eye over Kevin the crane, who assists him in the works' operations. Kevin's clumsiness and antics may cause Victor bother and disturbance, but Victor is fond of Kevin and glad to have him as part of the team. Due to coming from a warm country, he has a deep hatred of snow, but he was able to overcome this when Kevin was in danger.

His voice should at least come close to sounding like David Bedella.

Waluigi is a human conductor for freight trains on The Transportainian Main Line.

Waluigi is personified as a comic relief and a boastful, ill-tempered foil to the humbler and gentler rival of his. He has bad chemistry with most people and machines besides Wario and is an openly rude and mean-spirited troublemaker. He has a perpetual scowl and is quick to anger, with a dislike to others being happy.

His voice should sound at least close to Charles Martinet or a regular American accent with a hint of deviousness to it.

Wheeljack is the Autobots' and Transportainian Defense Force's chief scientist and inventor. He can transform into a 1978 Lancia Stratos Turbo race car.

Wheeljack is his own worst enemy. Something of a crackpot inventor, a good half of his creations blow up in his face, and that's just if he's lucky. His constant need to invent increasingly complex devices stems from his desire to improve the Autobots' tech, but as a result he's simultaneously one of the Autobots' greatest assets and problems; for every successful gadget he builds, there's one which requires some of the other Autobot medics and inventors to put him (and his lab) back together. But once in a while he strikes gold, which has won him respect from even some of his enemies.

He is, however, not a complete nerd. As good as he is in the lab, Wheeljack is just as amazing on the road: there are few stunts he can't pull off, and he loves to show off his driving skills as much as he does his inventions. He is, however, a little less confident when it comes to flying, which he accomplishes using solid-fuel rocket jets in his forearms.

His voice should at least sound like either Chris Latta, Christopher Swindle, or Bill Rogers.

Wilbert, formerly named "G. B. Keeling", is a saddle tank engine named after Wilbert Awdry, who was a one-time president of the Dean Forest Railway. He's sometimes brought to Transportainia to help out with extra work, usually on the branch lines, which he really enjoys.

Wilbert is sensible and polite and does his best to work well. He is also clever and inventive.

Flying Duchess is a colorful tank engine who is often seen pulling passenger trains either on the branch line or as a commuter train from Anderson City Central to Wheelerton.

She always has a chipper attitude, even when things are bleak, as she always sees the bright side of things. She also helps cheer her friends up when they’re feeling depressed.

Her voice is freelance, so long as it’s within the right age range and accent.

Kasplat is a kremling who’s both one of King K Rool’s top lieutenants as well as the chief science officer within King K. Rool’s organization. He is in charge of the science lab below the Kremling Munitions Factory.

He’s considered to be the brains of the entire kremling army (with King K. Rool as the exception), always using his smarts to come up with new weapons and plans to satisfy K. Rool. He tries to keep a cool head, even if his inventions blow up in his face (half the time literally). While loyal to K. Rool, Kasplat tends to insult him behind his back and when no one else is around. 

His hair changes color depending on his mood.

Barry is a Pokémon Trainer from Twinleaf Town in Sinnoh.

Barry has a hyperactive personality, especially when he overreacts over the smallest mishap and tries to “fine” someone for it. He shares Bianca’s bad habit of crashing into people and knocking them over, but unlike her, he never really apologizes for it.

His voice should at least come close to sounding like Jamie McGonnigal.

Stafford is a battery-electric shunting engine from The Island of Sodor who shunts around Anderson City Freight Depot and Shunting Yard, the coach yard, and Anderson City Central.

Stafford is a humble, courteous little chap with a Yorkshire accent. He is a very different sort of engine from any other on the North Western Railway. This is because Stafford is an electric battery engine; he is not a steam engine or a diesel engine. Stafford is fueled by recharging his battery, which needs to be done frequently so he can go about his work as a shunting engine. Stafford is very patient, calm and mannerly. He does not let the antics of the bigger, haughtier engines bother him too much, keeps level-headed as he goes about his day, and brushes off any troubles without much fuss. He is more than content with taking things slow and not having to travel long distances and he is more than proud to work on both the NWR and the Transportainian Railway Co..

His voice should at least come close to sounding like Keith Wickham.

Bubs is a citizen living on Transportainia. He works part time as a guard for the Transportainian Railway Co.

Whenever he isn't on his guard duties, he runs a concession stand at markets and festivals that sells all kinds of different goods and snacks, even those that are questionably-legal.

His voice is freelance, so long as it’s within the right age range and accent.

Vicky is a self-important and egotistical tender engine owned by the Transportainian Railway Board in New York.

Because she transports members of the railway board to and from Transportainia and even across the island, she can be very snobbish and full of herself (a trait Spencer has). She also tends to show off on how special she is, which sometimes lands her smack into trouble.

Her voice is freelance, so long as it’s within the right age range.

Megatron is a giant Cybertronian who sometimes can be as small as one one of the regular villains. He's also leader of one of teams of soldiers known as the Decepticons, and can transform into a tank. Normally, he doesn't like working with organic creatures like humans (as most Decepticons find them "unnatural"), but since Tiffany Boggs offered him half of the world's energy supply if he and his Decepticon army will help them conquer Transportainia and be rewarded with half the island's resources as a result, he's willing to make an acceptation in working with the organic rebels on Hydra Island.

A cruel and power hungry leader, Megatron leads the Decepticons with an iron fist and has little to no tolerance for failure. Megatron hates most forms of Organic life, finding them all inferior and disgusting to his mechanical form. He cares for nothing but himself and his quest for power, and has repeatedly left his fellow Decepticons to fend for themselves when damaged or captured by the Autobots.

His voice should at least come close to sounding like Frank Welker.

Lock, Shock, and Barrel are a mischievous trio of trick-or-treaters, who often serve as Oogie Boogie's henchmen.

Although they are always seen together, the trio appears to have trouble with one another from time-to-time, seeming to disagree and argue over little problems.

Lock’s voice should at least come close to sounding like either Paul Reubens or Jess Harnell.

Lock, Shock, and Barrel are a mischievous trio of trick-or-treaters, who often serve as Oogie Boogie's henchmen.

Although they are always seen together, the trio appears to have trouble with one another from time-to-time, seeming to disagree and argue over little problems.

Shock’s voice should at least come close to sounding like either Catherine O'Hara or Kath Soucie.

Lock, Shock, and Barrel are a mischievous trio of trick-or-treaters, who often serve as Oogie Boogie's henchmen.

Although they are always seen together, the trio appears to have trouble with one another from time-to-time, seeming to disagree and argue over little problems.

Barrel’s voice should at least come close to sounding like either Jeff Bennett or Dee Bradley Baker.

Thundercracker is a Seeker who can sometimes be an egomaniac, though he's never one to draw attention to himself. He can also transform into a F-15 fighter jet.

Thundercracker is often Contemptuous of anything that cannot fly. His superiority in this realm is the only thing he is sure of. Thundercracker is not entirely committed to the villains' cause, and even has some seemingly contradictory sympathy for the victims they terrorize.

His voice should at least come close to sounding like either John Stephenson or Mark Oliver.

Skywarp is a Seeker who can be quite a coward every now and then, attacking the enemy when they're not looking. He can also transform into a F-15 fighter jet.

Skywarp is the only Decepticon Seeker known to possess that ability. Skywarp's not terribly bright, to the point where he's practically worthless as a warrior without direct and constant supervision. Left on his own, he's much, much more likely to use his amazing teleportation power to pull off really immature pranks on anyone close by, be it enemy or "friend". He takes a charmingly puerile angle at thuggery, so his pranks are well-received among both his Decepticon and Villain peers (except the victim, of course).

Because, come on, a surprise push down a staircase is hilarious.
