She has a sadistic and a somewhat narcissistic personality. Isuke is rather blunt when she speaks, and she likes to express her opinions. She also likes to command other people, such as making Haruki Sagae call her "Isuke-sama." Isuke is also easily annoyed by trivial things, and she doesn't care about school work or helping others.

At first glance, Nio is a very cheerful and friendly girl with a gleeful disposition. However, she reveals herself to be cruel and sadistic, and takes pleasure in the suffering of others. She is very manipulative, and can sway others to help her, only to betray them later on. However, she is capable of sharing genuine kindness to certain individuals.
