Agents of Havoc Extras/Minor Characters
Project Overview
Agents of Havoc is a western anime that is currently being developed by A Very Intricate World Productions with writing and story by Rose Copper.
Description:
The demon Hotaru works to protect a human put under his care, Ayame, from the power of the demons seeking to take her soul as they work towards catching an illegal demon, Katsu, in the midst of the ongoing war between Heaven and Hell.
If you are interested, I will be leaving these below so that you can leave your experience and criteria in your production audition.
You might be asking, "Am I qualified?"
Well, here are the rules!:
1. A good microphone/editing system/mic quality is required. If you can't audition with that quality but are able to obtain it some time soon, then please explain that in the audition.
2. You MUST be committed to the project. If you feel like you'll have anything conflicting with getting lines done, then don't audition. If something random and unexpected were to come up while doing the show, then you will be able to contact me and we can definitely work something out.
3. You must be agreeable enough to not cause drama in a group call/chat. You're definitely more than welcome to get acquainted and know one another (I'm hoping for this cast to become very close) just no "he said' "she said" spats. You will be kicked from the project.
4. Skype is a great and preferred way to keep in contact. I will be making a group chat for the cast members, so please make a skype if you don't have one already.
Other than that, there's nothing else to conflict, so you're more than welcome to come in and join us!
*Note: Some extras are recurring. If you are cast as an extra I might have you play other extras at other points of the show. However, this casting call is mainly for the extras within the first season.

Haruka Shizuo is an evil witch who is obsessed with staying youthful and alive. She sacrafices many lives to obtain the ingredients needed to keep her so beautiful. However, she keeps only one person beside her as long as she lives: Ayame Shizuo. She has kept her daughter locked away so that she may manipulate her into something she can use one day.
(To herself, mumbling.) Alright, now to add the final ingredient...hmm, but how much? We can't forget what happened last time. (She hears the door open and turns to see her daughter.) Ayame? I thought I told you to stay in your room. What is that you want? (Her daughter says she's hungry.) Then go eat some of that left-over stew. I'm busy. ("It's been sitting out for a week.") I ought to make you starve for a week. Now get out. I have half a mind to throw you into this pot.
(Dying, desperately.) Ayame! Ayame, please, help your mother now! What are you doing just standing there?! Don't you love me?! I...I love you! I promise I do, sometimes you just give me a headache! How about you promise to not bother me so much, and I'll promise to buy you that new doll house you wanted? How does that sound?! Please, just help me! I-...I don't want to die!
Apep is a being of pure evil, made simply alongside God. God was made as a creature to create, whereas Apep aims to destroy everything in his path. He is a shapeshifter, easily able to take many forms of many different creatures that are even unfathomable to the human mind.
Well, look who we have here. Lucifer himself? The big-man God was so fond of? Ha. How funny that you turn to me after he forsakes you. What makes you think I'd want to help you? (Lucifer explains his plan.) Oh really? And who are these two? Friends of yours, or servants?
God, you really are something else. You choose to create: the make beautiful life, flourishing successes, rich dimensions full of fame and fortune for all. I wish I had that charisma, that drive, that passion of creating. I crave for something far more richer, far more...darker. I crave to destroy. And without you, there would be nothing to destroy. It's as if we were made perfectly for each other. Isn't that right?

Ayame's great uncle who took her in after Shizuko killed herself. He's very warm, caring, understanding, and kind towards Ayame. After Ayame came to live with him, her life presumed as normal and she was able to grow up as a happy little girl. Although there was still some psychological damage that Atsushi was able to notice. Atsushi loves his darling wife, Kiyomi, and together they were able to raise Ayame.
Oh, Ayame, I'm so glad to see you! It's always great when you come and visit us! How have you been? (Ayame introduces Hotaru.) Hotaru, huh? I thought Hotaru was a girl. (Hotaru gets angry.) Don't raise your voice with me, or I'll kick you out onto the streets!
(Speaking to little Ayame) Don't worry, dear, your mommy doesn't mean anything by it. You just keep your head up, okay? Stay strong.
(To Kiyomi) Huh? Kiyomi, you didn't tell me that we were so late on rent. It was your turn to pay the bills. (She corrects him in saying that it was his turn.) Oh really? I think I remember writing it down right here on this calan-...oh. (Clears his throat.) Uh, never mind, dear. I'll hurry up and get right on it.
The nurse and woman 1 are different people, so please use different voices for each. Thanks!
(Nurse) Miss Kimura, the doctor wants to speak to you. He'll be in soon so he can check on you.
(Woman 1; Scared) Please...please don't kill me! You psycho! Leave me alone!
A normal police officer. A little sassy.
Stand back! This is a crime scene, we don't need you contaminating it. You got that?
This is Lord Satan himself from Hell. He has a long, complicated history with his fight against Heaven and humans. No one has seen him for centuries, yet he still continues to command an entire dimension of Demons with the help of his trusted staff and Special Agents. You can use either a cartoon-y voice or a deep, over-the-top voice, but I'd prefer if you brought something a little original to the table. It is definitely up to interpretation, though.
They have walked among the humans for many years now. They take many shapes and many forms, easily blending and fitting in with the crowd.
“Till death do us part” is not only a statement true to the marriage vows spoken by lovers. It is when the soul departs from the body to go into its next phase, wherever that may be, that they swoop in and steal what was never theirs for their own benefit. Vial, heinous creatures with no boundaries. No morals.
Soul stealers. Agents of terror, evil. Agents of Havoc, reaping their reign upon the human world in a giant, ruthless sweep.
(To Usha) No, Usha. I don't know when the march will be. I can only hope that it will be some time convenient for the Generals. Without them, the army will be useless.
A mafia boss who has been losing a lot of customers recently for some mysterious reason (linking to Katsu.) He is very cold, crude, and uncaring towards other people and really only cares about the end-game and the money he can make. He is very disrespectful towards his assistants.
(Flirtatious) So, ladies, how about we go back to my place?
Ross, you're not getting shaky about working with me, are you? Because I could scrap and replace you in a heartbeat. I mean, if that's what you want, then I'll understand.
Who...who are you? Get out of my car, you bastard! (He screams.)

(Old Woman) She didn’t really come out of her room that much. Rosaria really just kept to herself. She was vague but told me that she had moved here from Italy for business. She was always on time with her payments, so I saw no problems with it. It’s really upsetting that she died.
(Old Man) God dammit, my back hurts! Woman, come and bring me some medicine, stat!
The late boyfriend of Shizuko Kimura who was killed by Ayame after being verbally, physically, and mentally abusive towards Shizuko. He had been living with them for about a year but was really living off of them. He would try and bring home money but he had a huge drinking and gambling problem that is mentioned. Although his nature was really pointed towards Shizuko, he neglected and ignored Ayame, making her feel like she was nothing to him.
Kazuo appears maybe two or three times throughout the show.
(Yelling at Shizuko; furious. Fighting over giving Ayame a bath.) You're a stupid whore! You're lucky you're with me, no one else would put up with your bullshit! Now get off your ass and you deal with her before I take that little daughter of yours and drown her in the bathtub.
(To Shizuko after a huge fight.) It's okay, I'm sorry too. Something just comes over me sometimes. I love you, you know that? I could never leave you.
(Evil laugh.)

The assistant of Benjen Morris who will do anything Morris tells him to out of fear. He is very whimpy and nervous in his maneurisms.
(Barging in) Mr. Morris, I have to tell you something- (seeing that Morris is in the middle of something with two lovely ladies.) O-Oh, hello, ladies. Is this a bad time?
(Being told to kill someone.) W-What?! Mr. Morris, I don't know if I can do that. I mean, I've never actually killed anyone before.
Self-explanitory. The big man up in the sky who controls Heaven. He has a complicated history with his angels and his opposing force, that of pure evil, Apep.
(Speaking to one of his Angels.) Ah, there you are. I was wondering where you might have gone. Any new reports from Earth? ("No, sir. Nothing to report.") Oh really? And there aren't new attack strategies stolen from the Demons yet?
Apep, you know I respect you more than anything. But you must understand that what you are doing is wrong. These creatures may seem pathetic, worthless, but they think. They understand. Like us, they know the feelings of pain and anger, worry and stress, depression and hardship, as I have made them in design after us. ("No, you have made them in design after you, brother.") That may be so. If I made them more like you, they'd be ten times as stubborn as they are now.
Chief of Police in Tokyo City. He only appears once and gives Ayame information relating to the case of mysterious murders of women. He has apparent history with other reporters (including Ayame's teacher, Matsumoto,) and hates having to sit down with them.
(When asked if there are any links to the murders.) Not really. Except...well, we're looking at it right now, as a matter of fact, and we did find out that all of the young women had committed some serious crimes at least once or twice in their life. We're still backing it up, but it's only a theory for now.
Do not go anywhere alone, especially in places like deserted streets and alleyways. If it's night time, just stay inside and lock all of your doors and windows. We've been putting out more patrol officers for some of the neighborhoods where the crimes have been occurring, so you'll all be able to sleep soundly knowing you're safe.
Yes, I am, uh, very 'familiar' with Mr. Matsumoto. Damned guy won't leave me alone when I'm working on a case. Always says it's for some assignment or for some class thing.

The late mother of Ayame Kimura. She loved her daughter more than anything until one dreadful day when Ayame, thinking that she would be helping her mother, killed Shizuko's abusive boyfriend with his shotgun. After that, Shizuko hated Ayame and tried to stay away from her, becoming verbally and mentally abusive herself. She had taken to prescription drugs to cope and had a complete mental breakdown until one day, when Ayame had gone to an appointment, she killed herself with the same gun that killed her boyfriend.
Shizuko had a long line of abusive boyfriends after her husband had left her. Ayame had always remembered Shizuko being in tears after her boyfriends would leave her. Despite how much she fought this last one, though, she really did love her.
(To Kazuo, argumentative) Well, I don't know what you expect me to do. I can hardly afford to keep our house, let alone feed you every god damn time you're hungover. I am sick of the way you treat me like I'm your slave. You want your stupid coffee and eggs? Go out, get a job, and buy them yourself. (To Ayame who had been sitting there.) Ayame, get your shoes, we're going to Uncle Atsushi and Aunt Kiyomi's house.
(To Ayame, cuddling her.) You know, you look just like your daddy. So beautiful. You even have his eyes, you know that? I don't miss him, though. I'm just happy that I have you. Promise me you'll never leave me? (Ayame promises.) Thank you. (Trying to hide that she's crying.) Mommy promises she'll never leave you either, okay? You're going to grow up to be happy and not live like I do. I promise.
(To Ayame, intoxicated and afraid. After Kazuo's death.) You...I told you not to come in here. Get out! (Ayame tries to apologize.) No! You killed him! I said get out! You're going to burn in Hell for this, do you know that? Do you have any idea what you've done?! (Ayame tries to approach Shizuko.) No! Go!
No relation to our main protagonist Ayame Kimura. She is the daughter of Haruka Shizuo, an old witch who uses a potion to cure herself of aging. Ayame has been trapped under the curse of eternal youth so that she may never reach the age most witches obtain their powers. She has been abused, neglected, and unloved by Haruka who only uses her.
She is around nine-years-old and has been that way for thousands of years. Although she's so "young", she spent a lot of her time reading and education herself and has become very intelligent despite her ignorance of her mother's plans.
(On the verge of tears.) N-No! Mother, please don't hurt them! (Her mother questions her loyalty.) What? No! I just...mother, please. You know this isn't right. You know that none of this is right. And...and I know about what you've been doing to me and to your children!
(Ayame Kimura asks her what her name is.) Ayame. My name is Ayame. What's yours? ("Mine is Ayame also. Huh. How old are you, Ayame?") I...I don't know. I think I'm nine. I'm nearly ten, but I don't know how long until that happens. I hope soon, because my mother told me that something special happens when you turn ten. I sense it in you, you know. ("Sense what?") Power.
(Do your best little girl rage-crying scream.)
Ayame when she was about seven or eight. She's just a scared little girl who loves her mother dearly. She's a dreamer and loves to write and imagine herself in a different life than her own.
(Concerned) Mommy...why are you crying? (Her mother begins to yell at her.) Mommy, I-I'm sorry! Please don't yell at me! I-I only wanted to help.
Aunt Kiyomi, do you think the flowers have minds of their own? Like, they hurt when you pick them?
(Do your best scream as a little girl.)
The loving wife of Lucifer who hates humans just as much as he does. Usha is an Angel that became a Demon long after Lucifer had been sent away. She was created by God to replace Lucifer and become one of the most powerful Angels in heaven. However, she, like Lucifer, became jealous of God's devotion to humans and sent plagues upon groups of people who worshipped him. As punishment, he took away her ability to be an Angel and turned her into a human, banishing her to Earth for all eternity. Lucifer had heard of her betrayal to God and found her on Earth in a small village of humans. She stayed away from them at all costs. Lucifer appeared to her as a beautiful entity and proposed that she become a Demon in the fight against humans. She agreed and was granted the power of Demons and the ability to live in Hell with Lucifer. During their time together, both became incredibly close until finally they were wed and Usha was made Queen of Hell.
*Note, she does not become a major character until a little later in the series.
Lucifer, my darling, do you know when the march will be? I'm not sure if we have enough funding to afford putting our men out on the line. You surely remember what happened the last time we went into this blindly.
(As a human seeing Lucifer for the first time; crying.) Y-You're the one that God banished, right? The one they all talk about? Why are you here? Don't you know that he banished me away as well? I was supposed to replace you, but he still somehow managed to ruin me as well. That's God's way. Ruining everything in sight until there's nothing left to ruin, and then creating more to destroy.
Ayame's great aunt who raised Ayame alongside her husband Atsushi. She's very kind, funny, gentle, and optimistic. Despite Ayame's bad childhood, she continued to coddle and reassure Ayame that things would get better. Atsushi doesn't necessarily approve of her optimism, but she still stands by it showing a great determination.
Ayame! You didn't tell me you had a boyfriend. You two are so cute together! (Ayame protests.) No need to hide it from me, I am your Aunty after all. How long have you two been together and you haven't told me? And how long until you're giving me little Ayame's?
(To Little Ayame.) Ayame, you're so beautiful. Forget what anybody tells you if they say differently. You're going to grow up to be strong, powerful, and beautiful, and you'll show them all that you didn't have to do it by hurting and being bitter like them.
(To Hotaru) You don't realize what you've done, do you? She hasn't told you? You two must have a pretty bad relationship if she hasn't even let you know about what she did when she was little.
The father of Ayame who left when she was just a little girl. He and Shizuko were madly in love until he found out that she was pregnant with Ayame. After that, he started leaving the house for long intervals and coming back drunk. Once Ayame was born, however, he loved her and treated her accordingly, but he had fallen into a dangerous routine that he couldn't escape from. Eventually, he left Shizuko and Ayame to fix himself, inevitably disappearing from their life entirely.
(Playing tag with little Ayame; laughing) Tag, you're it!
(Fighting with Shizuko) Shizuko, just shut up! I'm sorry, I just...I can't control myself anymore. I'm leaving. And I'm going to get myself fixed for you and Ayame. I promise you. Okay? I'm going to come back better than before, and then we can be together. With our beautiful daughter. We can live in that little house in the country you always wanted. We can be happy. Just...you need to let me do this.
(Caring) It's okay, I'll never leave again. I'll always be here for you.
