Project Overview

Welcome to the Casting Call of the second season of Age of Darkness!



  1. STORY: The enmity between the Coven and the Vampire Community leads to a war between the supernaturals, while the Humans are stuck in the middle. Will our heroes ever bring peace to the town? One thing is certain, no one is innocent in Eastbourn.

  4. Audition if all of the following apply to you:

    • You have a clear microphone

    • You repeat your lines at least twice

    • You are dedicated and/or give notice if you want to quit

    • You are comfortable with triggering subjects such as suicide, murder, death, abuse and swearing.

    • You can show a range of emotion




  5. THE MOST IMPORTANT RULE: Have fun! Nothing feels better than hearing voice actors thrive in their roles.

Emmett is a gentle and caring man, who always tries to do the right thing - or at least what he feels is right thing to do. His unconditional love for his sister and for his girlfriend really show how mature and sensitive he really is. There are no lines he wouldn't cross when he needs to step up for someone he deeply cares for.

Amaya Willow [RECASTING]

Amaya is the leader of the Windwitch Section of the Coven and the former ally of Zelda. She started out in the series as Zelda's pawn, who believed everything she told her. Amaya recently started to discover Zelda's lies and therefore questioning her actions in the past.

She will have a major role in Season 2.

  • Zelda is more powerful than ever. And in order to keep her position, she will do everything she can to beat you.

Rebekah Tanner [RECASTING]

Rebekah is the daughter of Zack and Sara, who discovers that she is a witch during Season 1. Later in the season, her relationship with her mother is destroyed, and the only people she cares about after, are her father and her little brother, Leonard.

In Season 2, she will have a major storyline, which will reveal the downside of having magical abilities at a young age.

Celeste is a woman you do not want to mess with. She is tough, determined and ambitious. Celeste returns to Eastbourn for vengeance. Her connection to the town remains a mystery for now.

  • (assertive) The name's Celeste Dubois. Welcome to your new home!

  • (menacing) What you did to me will never be forgotten! You will pay. Maybe not today, maybe not even tomorrow. But I will make sure you will get what you deserve.

  • (annoyed) You really think I care? You can take your apology and shove it up your- {sighs} no Celeste, you're better than this..

Mrs. Wilson is the typical nosey old lady next door. She is all around others' business, constantly snooping around and looking for drama. She also incredibly passive-aggressive.

In my mind a southern american accent would suit her best but again, anyone is open to audition!

  • (passive-aggressive, cynical) Anyway...I didn't mean to bother you, Alfred is waiting for me anyway. Have a lovely day darling, and don't forget to water those petunias outside, they look a bit dead to me.

Mason is a caring guy who is caught up in his wife Celeste's scheming. He always sees the good in people and he is easily manipulated because of it.

A deeper, manly voice would be the best for Mason.

Kai is the leader of the mermaids and sirens. He is determined to protect his people and is always fighting for justice. He can be impulsive every now and then, which never leads to anything good.

  • (frustrated) The mermaids are in danger again and there's nothing I can do about it! And you want to talk peace? Wow.

  • (mad) It's absolutely insane to me how the witches think they can get away with everything.

Parker is an innocent teenage boy, who is very controllable and gullible. He has a smaller role throughout the season.

A high-pitched, boyish voice is preferred but anyone is open to audition!

  • (excited) We could throw a molotve cocktail in their backyard! That would teach them a lesson or two!
