What is this?
Voices of Wynn is a project that is adding voices to NPCs in the enormous Minecraft MMORPG Wynncraft. Over 100 out of the 135 quests have been voiced already and there are over a thousand people that have already shown interest in this mod, while it still is in beta.
Even though this is the fourth time we make a post on CCC, this project has already been in development since March.
Acquiring Credentials
Acquiring Credentials is a long level 74 quest in Wynncraft in which the player helps find Doans lost passport. For this, he sends the player on errands to recover it for him. The player and Doan end up getting passports from a black market after they went on a journey to get a "dragonling egg" for the black market NPC.
Because the player gets a passport with this quest, they can now travel by airship unlocking the Flight in Distress quest, which is also in this casting call since they are connected.
Flight in Distress
Flight in distress is a long level 74 in which the player goes on a journey on a blimp. First, the player is required to find a missing person and then follow through with more serious investigations such as fixing the engine and then fighting sky pirates.
What do you get?
You would do this mainly for the fun, but as a voice actor for this project, you will be credited on our Website. The Website front-end development is not done yet, but it should be finished before the end of the year. On there, people will be able to listen to all lines in the mod, check out all the voice actors, and more!
You will also be given credit in our discord server (https://discord.gg/voicesofwynn) and if you do want to join you will get a voice actor role there (NOTE: You won't receive an actor role in our discord for the roles market "Extra". Those only have the audition lines. You will though still get credited for it and get everything else listed here)
Lastly, you will also receive a recommendation here.
Final notes
In each character description, it is clearly said which of these two quests the NPC is part of.
Anything in curly brackets is not meant to be said, it is just the way the line should be spoken.

Captain Ackbar is in a Flight in Distress. He is male and should sound calm and commanding. This character is inspired by star wars "Admiral ackbar". Try making him sound like him if you can :)
