Absent (short story VOICE ACTORS NEEDED!!)

The script is included below. The characters are 15-18( no preference)
Title: Absent
Scene 1: School Hallway - 9 am
The shot opens with a lively school hallway: lockers slam, and students chat and walk to class. The focus shifts to Mel(Melody), a girl with an upset look, standing by her locker, holding a folded love letter. Her fingers twitch nervously as she glances at Claudia, who is standing with her friend Charlotte, looking worn and distant.
Mel (narrating in her head):
“Alright..the argument was on Monday…its Thursday...just break the ice, she can’t be mad at you forever”
Slowly, Mel walks toward Claudia who is at her locker, Mels her eyes locked on her. She stops a few feet away, gathering courage before breathing in and speaking.
Mel (hesitant and very quickly):
“Claudia… I’m sorry for the fight. I know things got messy and we both said things we didn’t, mean, but… I’ve liked you for so long, and I don’t want to lose what we have…I know I’m not the best with words so I wrote you this letter..and I meant to give it to you on Monday but then the argument happened and-”
Claudia shivers slightly and looks around, scanning the area as if she feels something strange. Her eyes land on Mel for a split second before she looks away.
Claudia (genuinely confused and tired, sort of creeped out):
“Do you hear something?”
Charlotte (tilts head, confused):
“No..?”
Mel watches as Claudia’s gaze drifts back to Charlotte, ignoring her entirely. Mel’s heart sinks, and she opens her mouth to speak again.
Mel (soft, almost pleading):
“Claudia? Look I get I was a dick but ignoring me is mean…”
Claudia doesn’t respond, continuing her conversation with Charlotte, before it pans to inside Claudia's locker. Mel’s face falters, and she turns away, shoulders slumped. Her steps are slow until she turns a corner and begins running and crying. The camera stays with her as she moves through the hallway, fading from the crowd, she enters the girls bathroom.
Scene 2: School Bathroom
The scene cuts to a dimly lit school bathroom. Mel stands in front of the mirror, her reflection faint and unsure. She wipes away a tear running down her cheek.
Mel (narrating in her head):
“I didn't even mean half the things I said…the argument wasn't even my fault”
A heavy silence surrounds her. She glances over to a bulletin board beside her. Her eyes widen in horror as she sees a missing person poster with her face on it.
Mel (in disbelief):
The poster shows a picture of Mel, smiling, and the words “MISSING” written in bold letters. The camera lingers on it, then shifts back to Mel’s face. Her hand shakes as she reaches out toward the poster. As she touches the flyer, a drop of blood falls from her nose, splattering onto the floor.
Mel (whispers, voice trembling):
“I… I’m not…”
She stares at her reflection, and slowly, her figure begins to fade. The edges of her body grow translucent as if she’s disappearing into the air. The camera focuses on her fingers, slowly becoming clear and ghost-like. She backs away from the mirror in horror, eyes wide.
Mel (whispers):
“I’m… but …”
It cuts to black
Scene 3: Title Screen and then credits
The screen cuts to black. The title “Absent” fades onto the screen in pretty pink, a nice contrast to the story. It matches the love letter meant to be given to Claudia with blood on the corner. A heartbeat sound plays softly over the music before the screen fades out completely.
