THE STORY
After Jade Cragstrider’s less-than-glorious escape from the twisted Bluemoon Carnival, she finds an unlikely refuge in the care of Saffronea Dewtaile—a kindhearted yet naïve girl with no memory of her past. In A Jaded Journey, this daring duo forges unexpected bonds with allies like the sharp-witted Reese Rosemoon and her loyal cyborg fox, Remane, as well as the enigmatic Krill Dovewater. Along the way, they’ll even find redemption in former foes. But as they face new trials, uncover buried secrets, and navigate a world where danger lurks in every shadow, one truth remains constant—they are each other’s only home.
WHAT IS THIS?
Welcome to the official comic dub of A Jaded Journey! Ever since I started working on this story five years ago, I’ve dreamed of hearing my characters come to life with their own voices. So, I decided to make it happen—with a dub that’s completely official and creator-led! Comic dubs have been a huge part of my life since I was a kid, so this project is my way of sharing that love and passion. I’m beyond excited to bring this world to life, and I hope you’ll join me on the journey!

As each chapter comes to life, I’ll be adding more roles to the project—so if you don’t see one that fits you just yet, stay tuned! I’ll be looking for a wide range of voices—male, female, androgynous, and even unique, inhuman, or extreme vocal styles—so there will be plenty of opportunities for your talent to shine.
Just a quick heads up: I’m balancing this project alongside my college classes, so things might move a little slowly at times, and there may be occasional hiatuses. Though deeply pacifistic, her guarded nature makes her fiercely protective of those she holds dear. Could they be the key to the freedom she longs for? Despite her strength, she struggles with accepting kindness, growing flustered when met with compliments or unexpected gifts.

A sweet and endearing soul yearning for love and a place to call home. Overflowing with compassion, she offers forgiveness even to those who have wronged her, often shouldering blame before ever considering another’s faults. Her innocence, however, is shadowed by a lingering mystery—her past is a blur, lost to a forgetful mind. Is there more to her story than meets the eye?

A self-absorbed woman, she stands as the dazzling face of the Bluemoon Carnival, a twisted refuge offering the outcasts of society a life without morals or limits. With a carefully crafted persona, she thrives in the spotlight, but beneath the glamour lies something far more sinister. Upon hearing of Jade’s escape, she wastes no time unleashing her forces to silence her before too many secrets slip through the cracks. But is she truly the mastermind behind it all? Or is she just another piece in a far grander, more insidious game?

Voice 2 type: Mature female, medium low pitch

But in a world where loyalty is everything, can she ever escape and claim a life of her own?

A mysterious, inhuman girl who lingers just beyond the edges of the Dewtaile house, watching with an unsettling curiosity. Though she wears the guise of genuine compassion, there’s a sinister delight in the way she manipulates those around her—twisting emotions, sowing discord, and unraveling bonds for her own amusement. Is she just mischievous, or is there a deeper purpose behind her cruel games?
Voice type: Doll-like female, high pitch
