Project Overview
WHAT IS "A HORSE TALE" ?
"A Horse Tale" is an original fantasy animated serie project lead by the french artist Ehnala. It follows the journey of the mare Fleur de Lys and her friends, as they try to protect what they love and fix the broken balance of their world.
WHEN WILL THE PROJET BE REALISED?
The first step to the release of "A Horse Tale" is the production of a pilot episode in 2026/2027. No planning has yet been made for the whole serie.
AUDITIONING GUIDELINES
Audition for multiple roles is allowed
Auditions for teaser will end on March 1st 2026
Clear and quality audio are preferred. Please keep as less background noise as possible.

Fleur de Lys ("Lily Flower") is a kind and friendly mare. Still a Pretender in the herd, her compassionate and understanding personnality would lead her to become a Mother... Until adventure calls her on other ways. She's optimistic and a bit naive.

(Friendly) Jewel is a sour horse, you know. He's not friendly with anyone.
(Relieved) Oh, It hasn’t started yet!
Jakarta is Lys' best friend. She joined the herd only a few years ago and she fights to prove that she deserves her place there - despite a unfriendly personnality. She is fierce and determined, and shows her dedication to her friends with her actions more than her words.

(Angry, judgemental) All of your superstitions and rituals, and what is there to show for it?
(Autoritarian) Keep moving. We have to cover as much ground as possible while the sun’s still up.
(Impatient) You know where I'm going. You don’t have to follow so closely. Unless, of course, you don't trust me either?
Mosquito is a big, brave and friendly horse. Very loyal, strong, he is a great warrior of the herd. He can make fun of almost any situation, making it less dramatic or at least lighter.

Leader of the herd, Haïti is a serious and well respected horse. Ancient traditions are really important to him, and he dedicates his life protecting and leading the herd. He is a very good fighter too,

Sage of the herd, Atlas is a very old horse. Years made him blind, and he has a mysterious aura - most of the herd don't know about his story before arriving twenty years ago. He is gentle and patient.
