A God's Tribute: The New Dawn
Project Overview
This casting call is for season 1 of "A God’s Tribute: The New Dawn.” It is essentially about a young girl named Alivera, and her friends, who are on a quest to rescue her parents from a large and powerful corporation, however, a mysterious young lad makes the journey difficult, whether it’s intentional or not. There will be many hardships, new faces, tragic backstory reveals, and more!
IMPORTANT (PLEASE READ): This series will have cursing and include triggering topics. This includes death, verbal and mental abuse, violence, and blood. If any of these subjects make you uncomfortable, then we strongly advise that you do NOT audition.
This project is 13+ (If you are below this age requirement then you are unable to audition).
You must have Discord, this will make things easier to communicate!
PLEASE PROVIDE YOUR DISCORD TAG IN YOUR AUDITION.
This project will be posted on Youtube! The style of animation is heavily inspiredby Eipithet Erased.
VOICE ACTORS:
Do not be afraid to audition! We will be selecting voice actors solely based on their skill level and how well they fit the character. However, audio quality is indeed a factor. Try to record with little to no background noise and do not go off-book as this will sound unprofessional.
1. Send all auditions in either .mp3 or .wav format.
2. Do not do more than 3 takes per-line.
3. Do not edit your audio aside from normalization, compression, and noise reduction.
ANIMATION, TWEENING, AND TRACK PRODUCING:
For animation/tweening, submit a 5-10 second clip of your own work (You may send a longer clip). For track producing, submit, (at the very least), a 15 second clip of your work. Plagerism is prohibited.
BACKGROUND, THUMBNAIL, PROP, AND LOGO ARTISTS/EDITORS:
Please submit a few examples of your work. If you would like for us to provide you with some ideas, please contact me (Nenitzu#9135 on Discord). Plagerism and tracing is prohibited.
CHARACTER AND OUTFIT DESIGNERS:
The character and outfit theme is Medival, Mystical, and Modern. Apply at least one of these concepts to your design and specify which ones were used in your audition.
Be dedicated and stay dedicated, and most importantly, have fun! It's important to enjoy what you're doing!

Ryuu's) has so many submissions (which we are beyond grateful for, by the way), we are still looking for an understudy and/or main voice actor (we can't give away too much info)! Alivera (Ah-Leh-Vare-Uh) Barlowe (Bar-Low), Kai’s twin sister. She is a blunt, straightforward person. Some would say they are emotionally unavailable. She is reliant on her friends to help her make decisions. She does not like procrastinators. She does not posses an enchanted item but she is skilled with weapons. Alivera is known to have very good aim when it comes to knife throwing and shooting. They are stuck up, strong minded, soft spoken, brave, book smart, strong, and a very logical thinker.
Alivera has a medium-pitched voice. She usually sounds more monotonous, though her voice is very emotional when angered or saddened.

Ishida (E-She-Duh) Kitomori (Key-Toh-More-E), Alivera's best friend. Kitomori has a very bubbly personality, she is funny and supportive, but also has a rather edgy side. She is good with axes and staffs, her power is the dark arts/necromancy. She is energetic, spontaneous, very supportive, and empathetic. She thinks both logically and with her feelings. She helps Alivera make her decisions. Kitomori has a very good intuition. She puts others before herself which can be a problem.
Kitomori has a natural high-pitched voice, you should NOT make her sound unrealistic and sqeaky.

Anichka (An-Eech-Kuh) Dezhnyov (Dish-Noff), an acquiantance of Alivera's. She is liked by most animals she meets and does not enjoy socializing with other people. She tends to get easily aggravated. She does ballet and dislikes everyone, no exceptions. Anichka is a little crude, harsh, antisocial, and prefers to do things on her own.
Anichka has a mid to low-pitched voice, and preferably has a Russian accent. She very monotone when spurring most of her rude comments. She is short-tempered, and hates when people bring up her height. She doesn't usually intend to hurt people (both physically and verbally), however, she often finds herself doing so.

Ryuu (Ree-You) Natsuyami (Not-Sue-Yah-Me), the current god amulet caretaker, his origins are unknown. He’s a rather rambunctious man, he has a snarky way of talking to people and can be a bit of a tease or flirt. He’s very energetic and funny, yet he has a side he doesn’t show anyone. He tends to not be very sociable outside of missions. Normally he can be found inside his realm or messing around in random towns he visits, but he doesn’t stay long. You’ll see him one second and he’ll be gone the next.
Ryuu has a medium to low-pitched voice. He is a tease, playful and mischievous. He can be very monotone and dark at times, although that doesn't happen often.

Kai Barlowe (Bar-Low), Alivera’s (Ah-Leh-Vare-Uh) older brother. A kind, young lad. He can be dim witted, but he is very caring towards his friends. He has a necklace that lets him control water, but he still hasn't figured out how to control it yet, though he is best with a sword. Kai is an emotional thinker, and lets his feelings get the best of him. This can cause many misunderstandings.
Kai should have a medium to high-pitched voice. His voice becomes more high-pitched when excited or expressing a lot of emotion, when he is more calm, it is softer, deeper, and less overwhelming.

Yui (You-Aye) Kiyohime (Key-Oh-He-May), an acquaintance of Alivera's. He is a cold and intelligent individual. He is very similar to Kyoya from OHSHC. He control ice, he wears a ring that allows him to do so. He is incredibly skilled at defense, and can dodge almost any attack. Yui is good at convincing people and very intelligent. Classic glasses raise with two fingers character, or in simple terms, a smartass.
Yui has a medium to low-pitched voice. He tends to be cold, but also kinda cocky, he rarely shows emotions like sadness or anger, he also gets irritated often.

They are protective, very antsy and paranoid, and gets squeamish around bugs. He drinks lots of water and is very concerned about his friends hydration. They are knowledgeable and skilled with the usage of herbs and plants. He can make poisons and health potions and the like with ease. He knows what plants are safe to eat and which are poisonous. They are immune to most all poisons.
