A Difference
Project Overview
'A Difference' is a series following 3 young girls named Zahra, Camila, and Rebecca. Living in a small town in Vancouver, Canada. Just three normal girls living out normal lives and dealing with the drama that comes with Middle School. However, there's much more to this story. When these three girls display supernatural abilities their lives are turned upside down - these young girls would have never imagined that they were chosen to be the saviours of an entirely different dimension. Zahra, Camila, and Rebecca face off against the bitter truths and cruel adversaries while they fight to save Alyacle, a long lost world which had been destroyed for years. Along the way, they must come to terms with who they are and why they were placed in this perilous part; was it mere coincidence or was it destiny?
A Difference is a web-series; the show will be aired on 'The Wise Group' YouTube channel. The series is greenlit to run for a season 1, consisting of twelve episodes (depending on the quality of the series, it may run for longer). A Difference will be presented in an animatic type of video with multiple static images that will be paired with music, voice acting and a compelling plot to create a project.
With this project, we hope to create a fun and enjoyable workplace where talents can work together; not only on this project but on their unique creative voice. Most (if not all) of the communications around the project will happen over Discord. We welcome people of all ages and experience levels to audition for this project. It is recommended that you join the server so we can keep you posted on your audition!

A generic 6-year-old girl’s voice, more of a whiny/sassy tone.
Two obnoxious little girls, they are the younger twin sisters of Camila.
Amelia: (whiny) Camila! We’ve been waiting so long to play with you!
Ella: (confused) She’s still here? I thought witches disappear when you spill water on them. Amelia, you liar!
Amelia: (happy) Mission accomplished!
Ezrin is not a villain or a hero. He’s not an antagonist or really a protagonist. He’s a very grey character and that’s one of the reasons we love writing him, which is why we’re sure you’ll love playing him. Ezrin has good intentions, but he doesn’t really deal with things properly. He’s very serious and quiet, maybe a little ominous. He doesn’t say too much at a time and is always a step ahead of the other characters. Ezrin is on a journey to save his homeland Alyacle, but he can’t do that without the help of our 3 protagonists.
Ezrin has a deep voice.
Ezrin: (smug) I’ve waited a long time for this moment.
Ezrin: (flat) You three were chosen in a prophecy to be the saviours of my homeland. Now, if you want to save your loved ones, we’ll have to get going soon.
Ezrin: (flat) Oh yes, I’ve been following you three for quite a while now.
James is pretty chill overall, but he can be a bit lazy. James doesn't really like to get involved in things.
James: (casual) You get it right? Rebecca’s a monster, and we do not wanna wake her up.
James: It’s kinda cool that your siblings are so much older than you. Right, Jess?
James: We’re gonna be here. You guys are the best at giving warm welcomes after all.

As a music composer for the project, you will have a lot of free reign over your assigned scenes. Envisioning and creating the perfect track to embody the tone, feel and relevance of a scene will be very important here.
