INTRODUCTION
✧ Hello viewers! I hope you are here from the title of this CCC interested in auditioning for my new Gacha VA, this VA is called "A change in Time." It will be about a teenage girl named Max who goes to a museum and messes around with what she thinks is some "phony time-machine" that the museum show-cases just so it could be more 'entertaining'. Little did she know that the time-machine was real and it ended up drastically changing her entire life. This production will be produced by Savvannxh on YouTube. This VA will most likely be considered as 'mysterious' so if you are a lover for mystery all around, this VA may just be right for you.
✧ We're casting a total of 5 main roles and 4 background/extra characters. We are looking for good quality in you're audition but we will always choose quantity over quality in the long run. If you are not cast for a role please do not argue with the directors over it. If we don't cast you it means you're voice didnt fit with the character you auditioned for, which is fine because I will always give you more opprotunities in the future.
✧ All roles speak the English Language so if you are auditioning please be comfortable with it, it doesn't mean you have to be fluent, it just means you have to be comfortable with the language and understand and know most of it.
✧ This will NOT be a paid production so no speak of pay will be included if you are casted. Please do not bring up pay either as I will not change my mind about this decision.
✧ We will showcase ALL of our Voice Actors so they can recieve proper credit. The showcase of each voice actor will be at the beginning and ending of an episode, along with each of there socials shown in the description. So please make sure that if you are cast to send me every single one of you're socials so our team is able to give you the credit you deserve.
PLOT OVERVIEW
✧ If you didn't already see the main plot of the VA in the Introduction section, I will showcase it here aswell. Please keep in mind that I will NOT allow anyone to copy the main idea of the plot so if you witness any act of someone other then me using this plot, please let me know. Without further ado, here is the plot.
✧ This VA is called "A change in Time." It will be about a teenage girl named Max who goes to a museum and messes around with what she thinks is some "phony time-machine" that the museum show-cases just so it could be more 'entertaining'. Little did she know that the time-machine was real and it ended up drastically changing her entire life.
DEADLINES AND AUDITIONS
✧ The deadline for the auditions will be on January 15th, 2021. There a currently no plans to extend the deadline, as I am currently finishing up the script, if we do end up extending the deadline we will be sure to let everyone know. We will notify people who made the cast when we've finally reviewed all the auditions, and that will most likely be on the 17th or 18th, maybe even the 16th at the earliest. (Please do not expect us to come out with the cast early as it takes time to go over each audition AND decide whether or not they are good enough to be cast.) Keep in mind this is for the cast of the MAIN ROLES. It will be different for the background characters and we are hoping to release the cast for the background characters on either the 15th or 16th.
✧ For backups, the day after the cast is released the people who will be backups will be messaged/notified if they did make backups.
✧ Note that every cast member will be messaged/notified if they received the role and if that cast member doesn't respond within 24 HOURS the role will be given to the backup and I will select a new backup for that role. The same goes for the backups, if you don't respond to my message within the time I give you, your back-up position will be given up to another Voice Actor.
WHAT TO EXPECT
✧ If you do get the role, again, you will be messaged/notified ON CCC, not any other platform. If you are messaged on a different platform saying you received the role, it is FAKE and you should let us know IMMEDIATELY unless it is us and we confirm it is our actual identity. If you do get cast me or my staff, Ruu will greet you to the cast and send you the script so you will be able to begin sending in you're lines.
✧ We will communicate on CCC and Discord, but we require you to have Discord access because Discord will be a better way to communicate with the entirety of the cast. We will also have a groupchat on Instagram for those who have it. My instagram is @vinatgee.bana and my backup instagram is @ukiyo_va
WHAT WE ASK OF YOU
✧ First off, be proffesional. Do not cause drama or start arguements with other cast members, that will cause you to most likely lose your part. We don't want toxic energy to be included in the flow of the producition.
✧ Even if you don't have a 5-star quality microphone, please try to reduce background noise and make sure that your microphone doesn't pick up feedback. (So basically, no air-conditioning in the background, no fans - no conversations, etc.) Also, make sure your speaking clearly into the microphone, you must understand that people watching the video need to understand you whenever you speak.
✧ Re-do your lines multiple times until your truly feel confident in the submission of your lines. Take your time, there will be no deadline to your lines UNLESS we see that you are not submitting them on purpose.
✧ If you ever have something going on where you cannot submit your lines, we ask that you PLEASE let us know so we can either wait for your lines or get your backup to just do those lines for you.
✧ Please submit your recording as one file so we wont have to go through the trouble of downloading each one, if you are unable to do that please let me know first so we can expect to have to download multiple clips of audio.
✧ We do occasionally ask for you to redo your line(s), please do not get discouraged if we do. We will only ask you to redo your line(s) if we KNOW that you can do better for that line. So again, do not take ANYTHING personally if we EVER ask you to redo your line(s).
✧ Lastly, have fun! We do not want you to feel stressed over the production AT ALL. We want you to have fun, if you need to take a break from the production, tell us with a reason and we will surely let you do it. We want to make sure everyone is having fun actually being in the production rather then everyone being stressed about line(s), etc.
