On-Camera Storyteller for YouTube Content

Project Overview

We’re looking to hire an on-camera narrator for YouTube content. This role is open to both male and female applicants, but you must have a clear American accent and be based in the United States.

The content is general YouTube-style videos, including commentary, explanations, and storytelling. The tone should feel natural and engaging, not overly formal, but still clear and easy to follow. You’ll be speaking directly to the camera, so strong presence and delivery are important.

Responsibilities:

  • Record on-camera narration for YouTube videos

  • Deliver lines clearly and naturally

  • Maintain consistent tone and energy across videos

  • Follow scripts while keeping delivery engaging

Requirements:

  • Must be based in the United States

  • Clear American accent

  • Comfortable speaking on camera

  • Good on-screen presence and delivery

  • Access to a decent recording setup (camera, lighting, audio)

  • Ability to meet deadlines

Prior on-camera or hosting experience is a plus, but not required if you can demonstrate strong presence and communication skills.

Rate: $50 per hour. No editing required. Just send the raw recordings, and our editor will handle all post-production. Bonuses may also be awarded for content that performs exceptionally well, such as videos that go viral or significantly exceed expected viewership. This is meant to reward strong performance and give you a chance to earn more as the channel grows.
