29 Second Media
Project Overview
Hello, My name is Geraldo and I’m the creator and producer of the Channel 29 Second Media, our main show “In 29 Seconds” consists in a brief, straight to the point explanation of a piece of media in exactly 29 seconds(or less), and we write everything in a way that makes it the only piece of information required to understand the key points of that specific media before you start watching it.

Now, in the past few weeks we’ve been focusing all of our attention to the gaming version of “in 29 Seconds” but ever since the channel was created we had a plans to cover 4 types of media, being Gaming, Movies, Anime and TV shows; and we’re looking for a small team to take care of each one.
Each team will would consist of 3 people, a Narrator, an editor and a writer; who would be required to produce a short video within a week, it sounds simple because it is and for each role we’re looking for some key aspects that define the show in itself.

Our main goal with our narrators is that they need to be able to do 2 jobs at once:
1. Speak Quickly
2. Speak Clearly
Having a good mic and little to no background noise will also increase your chances of being chosen.
The full script will be available and what we want you to do is to record the script as you would normally, we’ll need both your recording of the script and also the exact time it took you to voice the script.

Holding the title of the longest running science fiction show of all time, Doctor Who is a BBC produced television show that has become a staple of the science fiction genre.
The show follows the Doctor, an alien with multiple lives who travels through both time and space in a machine called the TARDIS (currently stuck in the form of a police box). Along the way, The Doctor brought a whole slew of human and alien companions, as well as making both allies, like UNIT and the Paternoster Gang, and foes, like The Master, the Cybermen, and the most famous foe, the Daleks.
Starting in 1963, the show ran for 26 seasons, before taking a 16-year hiatus (aside from a TV movie in 1996) and returning to TVs in 2005, where it has remained to this day. And with a new season confirmed to premiere in early 2020, it looks like the adventures in space and time won't be ending anytime soon.

We require our editors to use Adobe Premiere Pro and be familiar with it, if you happen to know how to use premiere but don’t have access to it, we’ll provide you with the software.
All you have to do is to follow the scripts and match the narration files with the source that the Writer provided, you don’t have to work with all the graphics in the video since our producer will do that part of the work.
For your audition just send some of your past work, any projects you’ve edited and what you’re good with(animation, cuts, audio mixing) because we could probably have more than 1 editor per sector, you never know....

with special attention for the ones interested on the position for The Anime Narrator, where you have to be able pronounce japanese words naturally, this can be either from being a japanese descendent, or pure practice(we will provide guides on the correct pronunciation of the mentioned words)

After major advances in virtual reality technology, the first ever VRMMORPG, named “Sword Art Online”, is released. 14 year-old Kazuto Kirigaya nicknamed Kirito was of the game’s beta testers, and therefore got access to the first shipment of the official release, which only printed 10.000 copies. However, once back inside the game, he realizes that the log out button has been disabled; he can’t get out. The lead developer of the game summons all players and announces that the removal of the logout button was intentional. In addition, the virtual reality device will kill them if it is forcibly removed or if they die in-game. The only way to escape is to defeat the game’s final boss.

Helmed by the co-creator of the Saw and Insidious Franchises, James Wan, The Conjuring Universe is a series of horror films based on the real-life accounts of Ed and Lorraine Warren, a husband and wife team of paranormal investigators.
Over the course of the films, the Warrens, among other groups of non-paranormally-versed people, have faced off against ghosts, witches, demons, La Llorana, and, most memorably, a possessed doll by the name of Annabelle. A series not for the faint of heart, the films hold what many consider some of the scariest scenes in modern horror.
Starting in 2011, with the release of The Conjuring, the series has spanned 2 main movies with 3 spin-offs, including two more spinoffs coming this year and a third installment due next year, ensuring that there is far more we haven't seen lurking in the shadows, and will be scaring people for a long time to come.
