Project Overview
Welcome to 13th Agency!
13th Agency is an indie game made by PatchWork Studios, and has been in development for over three years.
We are looking to have our game voice acted, which means we need you!
We have multiple roles available, both major and minor, and we are looking for motivated and talented people just like yourself!
- All casting will have a minimum of a 2 month opening, so do not worry if you aren't immediately contacted!
- We do require all voice actors to be 16+ due to violent themes, but you do have time to submit!
- All communications after selection will be conducted over Discord, please add your Discord handle in the submission notes.
- Please do two takes of each line maximum. Make sure to do the additional lines noted.

You play as Casey Decimus, a detective in Chicago, year 2033.
You are part of 13th Agency, a newly formed detective force known for never dropping a case with the members of your group having the world's new and developing powers.
Today, you were assigned the hardest case of your life: Your entire agency will be sent into alternate realities in a search for a habitable home. With your instincts kicking in, you know you have to succeed. An adventure you always wanted to be a part of has begun. Strategy and survival are the two rules here. Hard choices are ahead. What will fight you in battle? Who might sacrifice themselves? Are there others involved?

13th Agency is an RPG with heavy Sci-Fi and Psychological Horror implements built into a story with multiple possible endings and 13 different major characters. 13th Agency is designed towards a 16+ audience due to violent themes.

Character Information: Casey is our main character, as seen by the game description. They are the leader of 13th Agency, coming into the fray a few years prior and taking charge. They will lead the cast throughout the game and face everything head-on alongside them, but not without making tough decisions.
Role: Though they are the main character, they will not have many lines. They would have a semi-major voice role.
Voice Description: Casey has a cold voice, they usually keep things concise and short. They are androgynous, and we hope to have a voice actor that can keep things neutral and cold as Casey.
Game Needs: Talking and interacting with other characters, combat sounds, and dialogue matches with cutscenes.
Equipment Needs: The highest quality you have! If you show your potential, we can support you with proper equipment.

[Studying] "There are scratches on the floor, indicating some hurried movement. Through closer inspection, there is a fingerprint on the interior of the drawer. The drawer's false bottom and its contents have already been removed."
[Frustrated] "Stop talking and focus on the mission. We can't afford to take our time here. Focus on gathering supplies."
[Neutral] "Let's split up. We need to cover as much ground in as little time as necessary. Are there any issues with that...?"
Character Information: Morgan is the Secondary Detective of 13th Agency, and acts independently of Casey. Being the previous Head Detective before Casey, he feels a bit of a need to stand out from the rest due to the chip on his shoulder. His adventure is more than survival and success.
Role: Morgan has a major voice role, he has many lines and will be one of the most demanding roles of the cast.
Voice Description: Morgan has a slightly low-range masculine voice, but lots of emotion. He says things with a bit of a false confidence, as if he is attempting to save face.
Game Needs: Talking and interacting with other characters, combat sounds, yelling, and dialogue matches with cutscenes.
Equipment Needs: The highest quality you have! If you show your potential, we can support you with proper equipment.

[Happy] "Its nothing. Isn't that what's expected for our line of work? We spend whatever chance we get to improve. But...Thanks."
Character Information: One of few criminals given clearance to work with 13th Agency, Winter dives headfirst into nearly every situation, able to quickly teleport out if she's in danger. Flipping between a friend and a worst enemy to the group, Winter finds herself in 13th Agency with a chance to really prove her worth and be cleared of her criminal past, even if it may be selfish.
Role: She will have a very demanding role due to her volume, accent, and yelling necessary. She has a semi-major voice role. We may hire one talking and one yelling voice actor if required, please note if you can do one or the other in the submission notes.
Voice Description: Winter is loud, abrasive, and incredibly British. She carries lots of unnecessary energy with her words. Please note that the accent is required to be consistent.

Character Information: Serena Thompson, the resident prosecutor. Seen as both a great person and a terrible one, Serena is steadfast and confident, covering every base that she can within court cases. However, she is not afraid to use less-than-legal means to win cases, including using her power.
Role: She has a major voice role, plenty of lines.
Voice Description: Serena has a very smooth voice that is laced with arrogance. She is fiery and tends to have loud outbursts, especially when irritated. Speaking is something she is comfortable with, she will never be caught stuttering or pausing much to think of what to say.

Character Information: Rather young and inexperienced, Vance is one of the later additions to the agency. Whether it's on a mission or during after hours, he is 13th agency's less than abundant comedic relief! He rocks every day with a sheepish grin, eager to see what it has in store for him.
Voice Description: Vance has an energized, open and friendly voice. Though his voice isn't complicated, a wide range is key in order to capture his emotions as he's very expressive.
