(Key-bay Meet-sue-e)

History: Kibe grew up in a house that ridiculed him to no end. His family made fun of him for his height and his appearance, weight etc etc. Kibe never took note of any of the verbal abuse because it was always worded in the form of a joke, and he typically always saw it that way. Growing up with it, it didn't take him long to start seeing jokes in everything people said and he soon learned to twist his words to make it sound more humorous, thus granting him his talent. Once he was accepted to HPA, his first priority was making friends but he didn’t really succeed in that, he just got a bunch of people who hung around him because they found him funny. Those same people who hung out with him would usually talk about him behind his back.

Personality: Atop his inward insecurities, Kibe is nothing but a jokester. Near every line he has is attached with a joke, more often to himself than anyone else. Occasionally pokes fun at the other Ultimates but hits sour spots (Sumiko and her dead parents, Tsuruki and his low income background, etc) which leads a majority of the cast disliking him.

Range: High. Very expressive and very childish.
