I believe an artist per chapter will suffice. An artist for each chapter.
Requirements:
-MUST HAVE/READ/WATCHED/KNOW the source material
Duties:
-Will be assigned your own, individual chapter
-You WILL NOT be redrawing EVERY SINGLE PANEL of your assigned chapter (that would be overkill)
-You WILL be redrawing KEY MOMENTS in for each scene
You can draw in a similar style to the manga, OR in your own style.
