Desmond, is a mysterious character. He meets Jerome shortly after Maya's birth. We are lead to believe he is a new father as well, but, we quickly learn that Agent Arthur knows a lot more about Jerome than he would like. Desmond's mood and tone shifts periodically as he begins to warn Jerome of some serious cause and effects. Desmond is meant to be vague in his description and dialogue. He is not a good man by any means. When he speaks, you know that negativity and darkness radiate from him. He works in Internal Affairs with the Galactic Intelligence Committee (GIC).

His voice changes as he speaks with Jerome. Should start out as easy-going, smooth, shift to stern, end with some arrogance.
His age range is late 20s-early 30s.
