Jerome Lotaam, is Maya's father. He loves his daughter, but his past and who he's lost have deeply impacted him. He works for the Galactic Intelligence Committee (GIC). He is secretive with his work, and knows more about Sanctuary than he would like too. His morals lie elsewhere as he leads covert ops for the GIC.
