Emperor Geldoblame's right hand man. One of the strongest soldiers within the Imperial Army. Responsible for the mission that took the lives of Kalas' grandfather Georg, and his little brother, Fee. Kalas is bent on getting revenge on him.
Notes: Stoic, intimidating, arrogant, and overly confident in his abilities. An accent would work well here, but it is not mandatory.
(calmly) Girl, you will return what you have stolen.
(smugly, with disdain) Because Georg, whom you call Grandfather...... is my Father.
Humph... You're going down with the ship, boy. My Father designed this battleship. Think of it as a nice, roomy coffin. I'm sure it will keep you warm on your way to hell!
(with his dying breaths, lamenting) Life is long when you live it, oh but so short when you look back...
I thought this was a solid audition! :) Your range is well suited for Giacomo. I would like to suggest a few things. Line 1 "Because Georg..." should be read with a little more smugness and contempt. It's a line designed to shock and stun the main character, Kalas, who was unaware his grandfather had a biological son (who turned out to be his killer, no less). Your audition, aside from Line 2, has been consistently calm, which is great for Line 0, but isn't the entirety of Giacomo's character. He is also arrogant, and overly confident in his abilities. I realize I didn't make this clear in the description, so I'll add this part in!
