Scientist Coltrane is the "Hojo" of Meta Revelations. A man who grew up fascinated with machinery, gears and the furthering of technology as the world of Eden knows it. He is incredibly obsessed and sly with his work, but isn't directly a nemesis to the party; however his technology has lead to a steady supply of soldiers that attack them at every turn.
