In the beginning he's quite cocky, he'll change sooner or later though because of certain circumstances.

His class is a gambler, I imagine his voice to be quite... normal. and well his laugh is just awkward. but besides that I actually think a normal voice would fit since he's a normal person nonetheless. He's arrogant and cocky tho.
