For the first audition line, you are happily recalling memories of someone you have not seen in the flesh in a long time. These are some of the last happy memories you have and one of the few ways to experience happiness. You would do anything to bring him back.

For the second audition line, you are surprised that you'd be able to see another person in your lifetime. Moreover, you aren't sure how to respond as you haven't engaged in human interaction for so long.  However, you still want to talk to him/her, be kind, and want him/her to feel at home.
