An interesting case when it comes to voice matching. Vegeta is easily the most popular character of TeamFourStar's Dragon Ball Z dub, and as such this role is bound to be one that our show will be judged on by fans of TFS's work. He plays a prominent role throughout our entire series and will have the same struggles as Adult Goku in that he will yell a lot. But if you land this role, you can expect tons of quotable one liners and show stealing moments.

  • Do you fools have any idea whose planet this is? / ...well good! Glad we're clear on that.

  • And continue wasting my time? Oh, and tell your creepy brat to stop following me! / And stop ASKING THAT. No one cares!!

  • Through all of that, I have ascended! That's right. I have reached a new level. Do you hear me, Kakorot? I am FINALLY. STRONGER THAN YOU. / F*** off.

The acting and voice are great, but your recording space really needs to be sound treated to cut that reverb down. When you record, try to cover any flat or hard surfaces with pillows, blankets, your laundry, whatever you've got to absorb the sound so it's hitting your mic as few times as possible. But again, fantastic impression, Vegeta is my favorite and you did awesome! :D

Thanks man, and I have a new set up so there should be less background noise and reverb from now on.

Nice audition! You do have a good Vegeta impression in the talking, but the yelling would need some work. Would you be willing to work with us on the voice? I'm curious to hear about the new recording set up!

I am glad you enjoyed my audition and I am willing to work with you on the voice. As for the set up I literally just covered all of the hard surfaces with blankets.
